What is the arrival and return procedure for Gatwick Meet & Greet parking?
Our Meet & Greet service is incredibly simple. The arrival procedure is as follows:
- When you are 10 minutes away from the airport, call the APH Meet & Greet team on the number provided in your email.
- Drive to your designated meeting point.
- One of our Meet & Greet chauffeurs will be waiting to take your vehicle and park it in our secure car parking facilities.
- Head into your terminal and enjoy your holiday.
Picking up your car is just as easy as dropping it off. On return to Gatwick Airport, please follow these steps:
- Call the APH Meet & Greet team on the number provided once you've collected your luggage.
- Take the short stroll over to our Meet & Greet parking area.
- Your car will be ready and waiting for you. Safe journey home!
How do I find the Meet & Greet Gatwick car park?
Use the M23 turn-off at Junction 9 or simply follow the signs to your departure terminal once you've arrived at Gatwick Airport.
For both Gatwick Airport Meet & Greet parking at the North Terminal and South Terminal, just follow the 'Passenger Drop-Off' signs and stay in the right-hand lane. Head to the far end where you'll find one of our uniformed drivers awaiting you in the Approved Operator Bays.

Do you have any other on-airport car parking options available?
We have several on-airport parking options at Gatwick Airport, including Long Stay and Short Stay parking. Both operate on a pay-by-ticket basis and don't require pre-booking.
Short Stay: Drive to the terminal and follow the signs to the Short Stay multi-storey car park, opposite the terminal building. Take a ticket at the entry barrier, find a car parking space, unload your luggage and walk across to the terminal. Remember to keep your keys and car park ticket safe throughout your holiday.Long Stay: Our Long Stay car park operates in the same way as our Short Stay facilities but it also includes a shuttle transfer. Follow the signs to the Long Stay car park, take a ticket at the entry barrier and park your car. The car park runs regular shuttle services to the terminal which take around 10 minutes. On return from your holiday, take the Long Stay shuttle bus back to the car park, pay at the ticket machine and collect your car.
What off-airport parking services do you offer?
We have our very own APH Car Parks that are just a short journey from Gatwick Airport. Just follow the directions to the car park. Then, park your car and take a short shuttle bus to the North or South Terminal. These transfers operate 24 hours a day and drop you right outside your terminal.
You can also choose our APH Self Park service. Simply park your car in an available space, take the shuttle transfer to the terminal and ensure your keys are safely with you at all times.
Alternatively, our APH Park & Ride service allows you to park your car in the arrivals bay and leave your keys at reception. We'll park your car for you while you take the shuttle transfer straight to the airport terminal.
