We will resolve every customer email received. Please do not re-send your query; we will be working through all our queries chronologically, in travel date order.
Thank you to those of you who have accepted a voucher in place of your cancelled booking. You are now able to use your voucher to book your car parking. We have improved our voucher terms so that any remaining balance can now be carried forward to a subsequent booking and the vouchers can now be used for bookings up to 31 March 2022.
Coming soon you will also be able to use your voucher to book hotel and parking packages.
