Our contact centre is now open with a reduced number of staff. We are working through the back log of customer queries received whilst we were closed and processing refunds for travel plans that have been cancelled. Our telephone lines will remain closed at the moment, so we can prioritise our time for customers who were impacted during our office closure.

Thank you to those of you who have accepted a voucher in place of your cancelled booking. You are now able to use your voucher to book your car parking or a hotel and parking package via your myAPH account. We have also improved our voucher terms so that any remaining balance can now be carried forward to a subsequent booking.
If you need to amend or cancel a future car park booking you can do this by accessing your myAPH account online.
