Where the handover happens
Liverpool John Lennon has one passenger terminal, so there is no terminal to choose when you book. Follow the blue arrows on the airport approach road to the drop-off area, which sits at the side of the multi-storey car park.
On the way out:
- Call the car park when you are about ten minutes away.
- Drive to the designated meeting point.
- Hand your keys to the representative, take your luggage, and walk to check-in.
On the way back:
- Call the operator once you have cleared customs and collected your luggage.
- Go to the meeting point agreed on the call.
- A representative will be waiting with your car.

The Liverpool drop-off charge, and why it matters here
The handover takes place inside the airport's Express Drop Off and Pick Up car park, which carries a charge. Liverpool John Lennon charges £7 for up to ten minutes, and the charge rose from £6 on 1 September 2026 (Liverpool John Lennon Airport published charges, checked 29 October 2026).
This applies on the way out and again when you collect your car, so budget for it twice. Your driver pays at the barrier, so have the money ready to hand over at both ends of the trip.
This is worth knowing before you compare prices. It is a real cost of Meet & Greet at Liverpool that does not appear in the headline parking rate, and it is the kind of detail that catches people out at the barrier.
