Park Mark ® Safer Parking Award

APH's car parks at Gatwick and Manchester airports all hold the Park Mark® Safer Parking Award. This police-backed initiative is awarded to parking facilities that are properly managed and maintained and provide a safe environment for both vehicles and customers. Most of the third party car parks we work with also hold the Park Mark® Safer Parking Award, or are in the process of obtaining one.

APH is a member of the Independent Airport Parking Association (IAPA), which promotes best practice in the provision of airport parking services, monitoring security and customer service among its members.

The environment

APH is a carbon-balanced company having worked closely with conservation charity the World Land Trust (WLT) for many years to off-set their carbon emissions and actively reduce their carbon footprint. Through the partnership, APH has also helped support rainforest conservation by protecting threatened forest habitats in various parts of the world.

Raising the standards

We’re proud to be a member of ITT (Institute of Travel & Tourism) helping to raise and maintain professional standards in the travel industry, through the Continued Personal Development (CPD) and training of individuals.
