Off-site secured parking
If your hotel does not offer on-site parking for your full trip, you will use an off-site secured car park. These car parks have round-the-clock CCTV and staffing, and a transfer bus service to take you to the terminal at set intervals.
The Mercure Heathrow, for example, uses Heathrow’s Drivefly secure car park off the M4. On the day of your flight, you drive to the Drivefly Park & Ride facility, leave your keys with the team, then take the transfer bus to the terminal (15–20 minutes). The process is reversed on your return.
