There were a number of significant problems with this service. If I had known these things in advance I would not have paid for this service.

1. The Meet and Greet location was far removed from the Airport Terminals meaning we had to struggle with heavy luggage a long distance

2. My car was damaged when I left it and APH refuse to even deal with my complaint saying I need to take it up with manchester airport.

3. The staff in the meet and greet office were surly and uncommunicative.

4. the directions to reclaim the car were confusing meaning that we spent over 40 minutes trying to find the office.
