Directions

Please ensure you read the following Directions, Arrival instructions & Important information to ensure your journey is as smooth as possible. 

Directions to Manchester Airport Terminal 1 Drop Off:

  1. Leave the M56 at Junction 5 and follow the signs for Terminal 1.
  2. You will see the Hilton Hotel, followed quickly by the Clayton Hotel on your left-hand side.
  3. Take the ramp to the left and enter the car park under the 'Drop Off' sign on the left-hand side

Directions to Manchester Airport Terminal 2 Drop Off:

Terminal 2 upper forecourt is conveniently located next to the main check-in

  1. To access the upper forecourt, exit the M56 at Junction 5 and keep left up the slip road, following signs for Terminal 2
  2. At the first roundabout, at the top of the slip road, take the 2nd exit, signposted the Terminal 2
  3. At the second roundabout (Flag Island), take the 3rd exit, signed T2 Drop Off
  4. Take the ramp up to the forecourt, which is conveniently located next to the main check-in hall
  5. There is a dedicated drop-off point on the forecourt located in Zone 2

Directions to Manchester Airport Terminal 3 Drop Off:

  1. Follow the signposts for Terminals 1 and 3. You will see the Hilton Hotel, followed quickly by the Clayton Hotel on your left
  2. Shortly afterwards, you will reach a roundabout, take the 1st exit
  3. At the next (mini) roundabout, take the 3rd exit. Continue until you reach a second mini roundabout
  4. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit and the Drop Off area is located in front of the terminal straight ahead

Arrival instructions

  1. Before you arrive: Call VIP Meet & Greet on 07818205594 when you are 15-20 minutes away from the airport.
  2. Upon arrival: Proceed to the departure area of your terminal.
  3. Meet & Greet: A chauffeur in a black and orange uniform will meet you at the departure area.
  4. Documentation: You will receive a receipt with your travel details, car information (fuel amount, mileage, and condition), all based on the information you provided
  5. Charges: Remember to pay the drop off charges to the Meet & Greet driver. 

Return instructions

  1. On Return: Upon arrival at Manchester Airport, proceed through customs and collect all your luggage.
  2. Meet & Greet: Once you've collected everything, call the duty mobile on 07818205594 where a driver will then guide you to the meeting point where you can collect your vehicle.
  3. Final checks: Before setting off, you have the opportunity to check your vehicle. 
  4. Charges: Finally, remember to pay the exit charges before midnight the following day. 

Important information

IMPORTANT - If you have a last minute date or time change from the day before your booking is due to start, please ensure that you contact VIP Meet & Greet by telephone on 07818205594 to advise of the change.

Manchester Airport enforces a strict 10-minute drop-off limit. Please be aware that exceeding this time limit, for any reason, will result in a £25 charge imposed by the airport. VIP Meet & Greet cannot accept responsibility for these charges, as they remain the responsibility of the driver or vehicle user.

A £6.50 airport drop-off fee must be paid directly to the Meet & Greet driver at the time of drop-off. This fee is required to access the airport forecourts and drop-off areas under the new forecourt charging scheme implemented by Manchester Airport, and is collected on behalf of our clients.

VIP M&G arrange and pre-book the outbound (departure) drop-off charge, provided that payment is made directly to the driver. The inbound (return) drop-off charge is always the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to Manchester Airport at: https://pay.manchesterairport.co.uk/

If you receive a Parking Charge Notice (PCN) relating to the outbound/departure drop-off (which we pre-arrange), please email the full details to customerservices@daybydayparking.com, and we will advise you on the next steps.

Security

VIP Meet & Greet are a fully secure private car park with CCTV, electric gates, a monitoring system & only accessible via a fob.

Vehicle restrictions

Airport Drop off area fee's not included.

  • Vans and minibuses: £10 extra charge.

  • Overheight vehicles: Returned to the Drop Off Zone only.

  • Late returns: £10 per additional day not pre-booked.

  • Early returns: £25 charge if no prior notice is given.

    Check your vehicle size and booking dates to avoid extra fees.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Our Flexible booking option offers you the convenience and flexibility you need. Here’s how it works:
    1. Need to Change Your Plans?
      • You can cancel or change your booking up to 24 hours before your parking period begins without any charges.
    2. Parking Period:
      • Your parking period starts at 12:01 AM on the first day of your booked dates, regardless of your pre-booked arrival time.
    3. Important to Note:
      • If you don’t cancel or update your booking at least 24 hours before your parking period begins, we’ll need to charge you for the full booking. Also, please be aware that we can’t offer refunds if you return earlier than planned.
    4. Booking Adjustments:
      • If you make changes to your booking and the price changes, we’ll either charge or refund the difference based on your adjustments.
