A guide as to which restaurants serve ‘gluten-free’ food would be good. whilst vegetarian and vegan are lifestyle choices, gluten-free is required as part of a Coeliac Disease diagnosis and is for life; contrary to many beliefs it is not just a lifestyle choice.
