I have been a frequent flyer using Gatwick’s official Long Stay parking for years, but after a recommendation, I decided to give APH a try—and I am so glad I did.
Excellent Value: Their pricing for a 10-day stay was far more reasonable than other Gatwick parking options I looked at.
Fantastic Staff: From start to finish, the service was brilliant. The team is incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming.
Attentive Drivers: The shuttle drivers all had smiles on their faces and went out of their way to help lift my bags into the luggage compartment.
Quick Transits: The shuttle buses run frequently, and it’s just a short, smooth drive straight to the terminal departures.
Zero Hassle: Your car is kept in a highly secure location, and when you return, it is already parked up and waiting for your collection.
Shuttle bus was about to leave but when the driver saw us he stopped to let us on. He was one of the nicest bus drivers I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. Friendly and helpful even when we got to the car park. He was around making sure people could find their cars.
Whoever was driving from Gatwick North at around 01:30, I sincerely hope his manager knows his worth.

It’s the most stress free part of my holiday and I would highly recommend to all.
I used APH car park near Gatwick when leaving my car for a trip, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish.
Arrival was smooth and well-organised, with friendly and efficient staff who made the check-in process quick and easy. The site was clearly signposted and easy to find. The shuttle transfer to the terminal was prompt, comfortable, and only took around 10–12 minutes, which made getting to the airport completely stress-free.
While I was away, I felt confident that my car was safe and secure. The car park is well-lit, monitored, and professionally run. On return, everything worked perfectly — the shuttle arrived on time and my car was ready exactly as expected.
Overall, APH offers fantastic value for money, excellent customer service, and a very smooth experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable airport parking near Gatwick
The shuttle bus does indeed come frequently even during those holiday periods. And the time to travel to and from the airport is totally worth the price saved compared to other airport services.

The facilities are excellent and the prices are fair. The drivers on the transfers deserve a mention who go beyond there duties when helping to load luggage ect.
Don't confuse APH with another outfit across town who are the opposite in every aspect.
Staff always very polite and helpful with bags.
I’ve used other parking services and places like Heathrow before which I’ve not had the best experience with, but APH Gatwick always gets recommended by me.
Site is very modern and clean, all tarmac which means your car isn’t left in a muddy field
As you come in you enter a huge drive thru where a 360 degree photo of your vehicle is taken, to avoid any issues about damages etc

At the airport (North Terminal), the bus stop was a slightly longer walk than some others, but still perfectly manageable. The return journey was just as straightforward, I sent the required text to confirm we had landed and got back on the bus, timing it well so it arrived just as I reached the stop. The trip back to the car park took around 10 minutes.
Even in the early hours of the morning, staff greeted us with smiles. My key was handed back promptly, and my car was parked nearby in a clearly marked area, making it easy to find.
Overall, I was very happy with the service and will definitely use APH again.

Excellent service from start to finish at Gatwick APH. We had the most friendly driver on our return today. So helpful, lifting our heavy bags. Then we had an issue with the battery not working on our remote key so couldn’t start our car. This was also swiftly solved by such helpful staff. The guy on the car park got his manger James and he was able to help us and get the car started. Brilliant. Thanks so much for a great service.

What a totally stress relieving service, normally stay the night at a hotel before flights to save the rush in traffic but will use APH again. Very professional on departure and a lovely girl met us on arrival at 0615. Great customer service and very reasonable prices. Really impressed

We decided on the meet and greet service with APH to make our airport experience easier, something we have not done before. This will definitely be the only way we park for future holidays. The instructions to meet the APH staff couldn’t of been easier and then we were greeted by a friendly, polite lady, who simply gave us a card with instructions of what to do on our return, less than 5 minutes and we were on our way to the terminal.
On our return it was just as quick, we called the number from baggage reclaim, colllected our luggage, walked straight to where we had dropped our car and once again there was a man ready and waiting for us with our car. He sorted out the ticket and handed to us to scan at the exit if it did not pick up on the registration number. Once again we were on our way within 5 minutes. This service couldn’t of been easier. Thank you APH for taking the stress out of the very beginning and very end of our amazing holiday.
Used your car parking and transfer service during the recent half term holiday to gatwick. Excellent service, efficient and very cheerful staff ( both on reception desk and the bus drivers ) inspite of the very early hour of the day. A great start to our holiday!
