I have used Airparks at Luton many times so I am familiar with the set-up and have no hesitation in recommending to friends.
I do think however that there should be a covered shelter at the pick-up point at the Airport. To wait in the cold and rain for up to 20 minutes at 11.00 at night for the Airparks shuttle bus to arrive is not a pleasant end to an otherwise enjoyable break.
