Directions

If you are using a SatNav please use the post code: LU2 9DH​. Please call Maple Parking on 01582 825656 when you are 20 minutes away from the airport, so they can send a driver to meet you. 

Exit the M1 at Junction 10. At the motorway roundabout, take the second exit if you're coming from the South. If you're coming from the North, take the exit that is signed A1081 Airport Way.

Continue on the A1081 and follow signs to Luton Airport. Once you have passed the traffic lights, please get into the left hand lane for Luton Airport. At the roundabout take the third exit staying on Airport Way.

You will then see signs for Terminal Car Park 1. You will see Terminal Car Park 2 first, but please continue and you will see Terminal Car Park 1.

Take a ticket from the barrier and then continue to make your way to level 3, then the meet & greet area, where you will then be met by a uniformed Maple Parking driver.

Arrival instructions

Please call Maple Parking on 01582 825656 when you are 20 minutes away from the airport, so they can send a driver to meet you. 

When you get to the airport, please follow the signs for Terminal Car Park 1. Take a ticket from the barrier and then continue to make your way to level 3 and then the meet & greet area, where you will then be met by a uniformed Maple Parking driver.

You'll need to give the driver your booking reference, car keys and your return flight information. 

Then it is just a short walk to the terminal, whilst the driver parks your vehicle in a safe and secure car park.

Return instructions

Once you have collected your luggage, please call Maple Parking on 01582 825656 to let them know you're ready to collect your vehicle.

Then head back to Terminal Car Park 1, where you dropped your vehicle off.

Important information

The car park's height restriction is 2.1m. Vehicles must fit into a standard bay, any vehicles that are larger than this, may incur of extra charges if prior arrangements to the arrival date are not made. 

Late returns:
If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have paid for, each extra day's parking will be charged at £20 per day (or part day thereof) after your booking return date.

Security

Maple Parking Meet & Greet has been awarded a Park Mark Safer Parking Award. The car park is secured by security barrier, CCTV and 24 hour patrols.

All drivers are fully insured. 

Disabled facilities

This Meet & Greet service is suitable for customers with limited mobility, as there is no shuttle bus required to get to the airport.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Our Flexible booking option offers you the convenience and flexibility you need. Here’s how it works:
    1. Need to Change Your Plans?
      • You can cancel or change your booking up to 24 hours before your parking period begins without any charges.
    2. Parking Period:
      • Your parking period starts at 12:01 AM on the first day of your booked dates, regardless of your pre-booked arrival time.
    3. Important to Note:
      • If you don’t cancel or update your booking at least 24 hours before your parking period begins, we’ll need to charge you for the full booking. Also, please be aware that we can’t offer refunds if you return earlier than planned.
    4. Booking Adjustments:
      • If you make changes to your booking and the price changes, we’ll either charge or refund the difference based on your adjustments.
