Directions

If you are using a SatNav, please enter postcode LU2 9DH. Call Maple Parking on 01582 825656 when you are 20 minutes from the airport so a driver can be sent to meet you.

  1. Exit the M1 at Junction 10.
  2. At the motorway roundabout, take the second exit if approaching from the south, or follow the A1081 Airport Way exit if travelling from the north.
  3. Continue on the A1081 and follow signs for Luton Airport.
  4. After the traffic lights, move into the left hand lane for Luton Airport.
  5. At the roundabout, take the third exit to stay on Airport Way.
  6. Follow signs for Terminal Car Park 1. You will pass Terminal Car Park 2 first, then see Terminal Car Park 1.
  7. Take a ticket from the barrier and drive to level 3, then follow signs to the Meet and Greet area where a uniformed Maple Parking driver will meet you.

Arrival instructions

 

  1. Call Maple Parking on 01582 825656 when you are 20 minutes from the airport so a driver can be sent to meet you.
  2. Follow the signs for Terminal Car Park 1 and take a ticket from the barrier.
  3. Drive to level 3 and head to the Meet and Greet area where a uniformed Maple Parking driver will meet you.
  4. Hand over your booking reference, car keys and return flight information to the driver.
  5. Walk to the terminal while your vehicle is taken to a safe and secure car park.

Return instructions

 

  1. Once you have collected your luggage, call Maple Parking on 01582 825656 to confirm you are ready for your vehicle.
  2. Return to Terminal Car Park 1, the same location where you dropped your vehicle off.

Important information

IMPORTANT - If you have a last minute date or time change from the day before your booking is due to start, please ensure that you contact Maple Meet & Greet by telephone on 01582 825656 to advise of the change.

Disabled facilities

This Meet & Greet service is suitable for customers with limited mobility, as there is no shuttle bus required to get to the airport.

Vehicle restrictions

  • Height restriction of 2.1 metres.

  • Vehicles must fit within a standard parking bay. Larger vehicles may incur additional charges if arrangements are not made before arrival.

Late returns:

  • If your return is delayed, additional parking is charged at £20 per day or part day after the booked return date.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Our Flexible booking option offers you the convenience and flexibility you need. Here’s how it works:
    1. Need to Change Your Plans?
      • You can cancel or change your booking up to 24 hours before your parking period begins without any charges.
    2. Parking Period:
      • Your parking period starts at 12:01 AM on the first day of your booked dates, regardless of your pre-booked arrival time.
    3. Important to Note:
      • If you don’t cancel or update your booking at least 24 hours before your parking period begins, we’ll need to charge you for the full booking. Also, please be aware that we can’t offer refunds if you return earlier than planned.
    4. Booking Adjustments:
      • If you make changes to your booking and the price changes, we’ll either charge or refund the difference based on your adjustments.
