I dropped my friends off in your drop off and pick up car park on Monday 30th June coming up to 2 pm. There was a massive problem with the exits as none seemed to be working then the top one opened so everybody was trying to join that queue eventually a second one opened so drivers were turning towards that exit too. So all in all it took me 3 minutes to drop my friends off and 17 minutes queuing to leave the car park. I think that £9.00 is a ridiculous amount to pay for something that was your fault a not mine. I would like to be reimbursed for the inconvenience. My registration number is

We completely understand how frustrating that must have been, especially given how brief your drop-off was. However, we do want to clarify that APH does not operate or manage the on-airport drop-off zones at Leeds Bradford or any other airport. These areas are controlled directly by the airport authority itself.
