On collecting i noticed a small chip on the bonnet in fading light and reported the damage..the next day in good light i realized the damage was quite extensive approximately 1k ,i contacted aph, who sent me a very poor video of the rear of my car driving in, when I asked for the footage of it being parked by staff, they ignored me and are continuing to do so..I am now considering my options but would never use them again and would advise anyone to video their car before drop off. They have my email already, the car was a 25 reg corolla,i cannot leave any more details

The bus parking bay is just outside the exit.
Highly recommend, and good value as we used our Tesco points to pay!
When I arrived I was greeted by a welcome screen and parked my car in a spot.
The shuttle bus runs every 15 minutes 24/7 so I didn't have to wait long for one to arrive.
15 minutes later I was dropped off at the airport.
The return journey was just as easy I found the shuttle bus at bay E and 15 minutes later I was back at the depot and putting my suitcases in the car.
I'll certainly be using APH parking again the next time that I fly from Luton airport.
Amazing how someone can frustrate so many people through lack of action and seemingly malicious attempt to manipulate the system to warrant perhaps more driver hours or perhaps longer wait times. In the end this driver left all in the queue with me with a bitter taste in their mouth from what was otherwise a very good service.
Staff were friendly. Easy to find the carpark. Regular buses.
The absolute best part is the shuttle bus. It’s frequent, runs 24/7, and the 10-15 minute ride to the terminal is painless. You don’t feel like you’re waiting around forever, which is the main thing when you’re desperate to check in or just get home.
But what really sells it is the staff. From the drivers to the reception crew, everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful. Whether it's sorting out a lost ticket or just smiling at 4 am, they make the whole process feel smoother. It’s exactly what you want from an airport service—efficient, easy, and not a massive pain in the butt. Highly recommend, especially for the price!
On our return, we discovered that one of our tyres was flat. Fortunately, they provided a mobile air pump, which saved us a lot of hassle—especially after a long flight when all you want is to get home quickly.
