Just hope new APH ownership don't increase the cost and also we await to see if Cardiff airport stays open after June 2025 .......
It was a five star service from start to finish, fantastic customer service on arrival, fast service to the airport less than five minutes in the mini bus. Our flight was delayed and baggage took 45 minutes to be get through but the bus was exactly where it said it would be when we got outside. Will definitely be using again, cannot fault it in anyway, would highly recommend 👌
What the Reviews Tell Us: The 5 Things Customers Value Most
After analysing thousands of reviews, five themes consistently come up. Here’s what real customers highlight – and what we’ve built our service around.
1. The shuttle runs when it should
Every 15 minutes. 5 to 7 minutes to the terminal. No waiting around, no uncertainty. The shuttle is the most-mentioned positive in our reviews, particularly on return journeys after a flight delay – customers regularly note the bus was there regardless of late arrivals.
2. Your keys come back to you on the bus
On return, you don’t collect your keys from an office – they’re handed to you on the minibus. It sounds like a small thing. Customers mention it again and again. Getting back into your car and driving away without a separate queue or admin step makes a real difference after a long journey.
3. Staff who are genuinely helpful
“Polite”, “friendly”, “helpful” – these words appear in hundreds of independent reviews. APH Cardiff has operated for over 45 years, and the consistency of staff quality is something we’re proud of. Many customers return specifically because of the people, not just the price.
4. Security you can verify
CCTV throughout. Barrier-controlled access. Uniformed staff on site. Secure perimeter fencing. These aren’t just marketing points – they’re the physical infrastructure behind thousands of reviews that mention leaving a car with confidence. Customers travelling for one night or three weeks use the same site.
5. Price that holds what it promises
Book online at APH.com and the price you see is the price you pay. No hidden charges at the barrier. No upgrade surprises. Advance booking typically secures the best rate, and a confirmation email lands immediately with everything you need for departure day.
