Looking for the best prices in Heathrow parking?

Save up to 10% on Heathrow Airport parking

There is no Heathrow parking discount code to enter. Any savings you are eligible for are applied automatically when you book through APH, so the price you see already includes it. You do not need a voucher code, promo code or coupon code, and there is nothing to copy and paste at checkout.

Savings of up to 10% are available on selected Heathrow Meet & Greet and Park & Ride products. The table below shows what is currently discounted, who operates each service, which terminals it covers, and how you get from the car to the terminal.

Who operates your Heathrow parking?

This matters more than most parking pages admit, so we will be direct about it.

APH is the booking agent at Heathrow, not the car park operator. Every product on this page is run by the company named in the table: NCP, MBW, Smart Park, Edward Lloyd or Maple Parking. APH handles your booking, your amendments and your refunds. The operator receives your car, parks it, and returns it to you.

In practice, that means:

  • Your confirmation email comes from APH and tells you exactly where to go on the day.
  • The driver who meets you works for the operator, not for APH.
  • The operator’s terms govern how your vehicle is handled, including what is and is not accepted.
  • If something goes wrong on the day, contact the operator first using the number on your confirmation. If it is a booking matter - dates, payment, cancellation - contact APH.

APH has been booking UK airport parking since 1980. We work with these operators across the Heathrow terminals, and we publish their details rather than hiding them behind a house brand.

Do I need a Heathrow parking voucher code?

No. There is no code, and there is nothing you need to find before you book. Any eligible discount is already in the price shown.

Codes advertised on third-party voucher sites for Heathrow parking are usually expired, or they duplicate a saving that is already applied here. You will not get a better price by searching for one.

Which Heathrow parking option is right for you?

Cheapest: Park & Ride

You park the car yourself in a secure off-airport car park and take a shuttle to the terminal. At Heathrow, this is NCP Flightpath, serving Terminals 2 and 3, with shuttles every 20 minutes and an 8–12 minute transfer.

Choose this if you are travelling light, you are flying from Terminal 2 or 3, and you would rather save money than save twenty minutes. Build the shuttle wait and transfer into your arrival time.

Fastest: Meet & Greet

You drive to the terminal, hand your keys to a driver, and walk into departures. Your car is parked for you and brought back to a meeting point when you return.

Choose this if you are flying from Terminal 4 or 5 (where Park & Ride is not offered through APH), travelling with children or heavy luggage, or working to a tight schedule.

Staying under two hours? Compare with the drop-off charge

If someone is dropping you off rather than parking, Heathrow charges £7 for each entry into a terminal drop-off zone (Heathrow Airport, checked 9 October 2026). That is per entry, so a drop-off and a pick-up a week later is £14. Non-payment carries an £80 charge, reduced to £40 if paid within 14 days. For anything beyond a same-day return, booking parking is usually both cheaper and simpler.

Your Heathrow parking options in detail

NCP Flightpath - Park & Ride, Terminals 2 and 3

The only Park & Ride option on this page, and the cheapest way to leave a car at Heathrow through APH. Secure off-airport parking with shuttle transfers every 20 minutes between 04:00 and 23:40, taking 8–12 minutes.

The car park uses Automatic Number Plate Recognition and is covered by CCTV, barrier-controlled access and 24-hour staffing.

Worth knowing: shuttles stop at 23:40 and restart at 04:00. If your return flight lands in that window, you will wait.

MBW Meet & Greet - all terminals

Call 30 minutes before you reach the airport, follow the directions on your confirmation, and hand your keys to the MBW driver waiting for you. Short walk into the terminal from there.

Worth knowing: the advance call is a requirement, not a courtesy. Set a reminder for the M25 or M4 leg of the journey.

MBW Business Meet & Greet - all terminals

The same handover at your departure terminal, to a uniformed driver, with the car parked in a secure, access-controlled car park. Aimed at travellers who want the simplest possible arrival.

Smart Park Meet & Greet - all terminals

Operates from the Short Stay car parks at the terminals, so the walk to check-in is 2–8 minutes. On your return, call the number on your confirmation once you have landed and your car is brought to the designated meeting point.

Worth knowing: you have to call after landing. If you would rather not, Maple Parking returns the car automatically against your flight details.

Edward Lloyd Meet & Greet - all terminals

An “arrive and fly” service 1–6 minutes’ walk from the terminal. Help with loading is available on request.

Worth knowing: this service runs between 05:30 and 22:30 only. If your outbound departure or your inbound landing falls outside those hours, choose a different product - this is the single most common reason a Heathrow Meet & Greet booking does not work out.

Maple Parking Meet & Greet - Terminals 2 and 3

Park in the Short Stay car park as instructed on your confirmation and hand your keys to the Maple Parking Handover Captain. On your return, your car is brought to the meeting point against your inbound flight details, so there is no need to call after landing.

Maple Parking Meet & Greet - Terminals 4 and 5

The same service for Terminal 4 and Terminal 5 passengers, operating from the Short Stay car park, 2–10 minutes’ walk from the terminal. Keys to the Handover Captain on arrival; car returned automatically once your flight has landed.

Heathrow parking by terminal

Terminal 1 closed in 2015. If you are flying from Heathrow today, you will be departing from Terminal 2, 3, 4 or 5 - check your booking confirmation, as some airlines have moved terminals in recent years.

Before you book

Four things worth checking, because they are the ones that most often cause a problem on the day.

  • Your operating hours. Edward Lloyd runs 05:30–22:30, and NCP Flightpath shuttles run 04:00–23:40. Check your departure and your landing time against them.
  • Your vehicle. Meet & Greet operators drive your car. Height, length, and modification limits vary between them, as does their policy on keyless and app-based entry. Check the operator’s terms before booking an unusual vehicle.
  • Your return. Smart Park and MBW need a phone call; Maple Parking tracks your flight. If your plans change after booking, tell us as early as you can.
  • Cancellation. Cut-offs differ by operator and are set out in the booking terms and on your confirmation. Read them before you pay, not after your plans change.

Why Heathrow parking prices change

Heathrow parking is priced dynamically. The same product can cost noticeably more or less depending on:

  • Travel dates: school holidays, half-terms and bank holidays are the most expensive weeks of the year.
  • Availability: prices rise as spaces sell out, particularly for Terminal 5 Meet & Greet.
  • Booking lead time: booking ahead usually costs less than booking in the final fortnight.
  • Parking type: Park & Ride is cheaper per day; Meet & Greet costs more and saves time.
  • Length of stay: the daily rate generally falls the longer you stay.

This is also why we do not publish a single headline price. The figures in the table above are examples from one point in time - the search form gives you the real one.

Heathrow parking discount questions

Do I need a Heathrow parking discount code?

No. Any available Heathrow parking discount is applied automatically when you book through APH, so there is no voucher code, coupon code, or promo code to enter. The price shown already includes the saving.

How much can I save on Heathrow Airport parking?

Up to 10% on selected Meet & Greet and Park & Ride products. The saving varies by product, travel date and availability, and not every product is discounted at every time of year.

Does APH operate the Heathrow car parks?

No. At Heathrow, APH is the booking agent. Your parking is operated by NCP, MBW, Smart Park, Edward Lloyd or Maple Parking, depending on the product you book. APH handles the booking, amendments and refunds; the operator handles your vehicle.

What is the cheapest Heathrow parking option?

Park & Ride is normally the cheapest. At Heathrow, that is NCP Flightpath, which serves Terminals 2 and 3 with a shuttle transfer of 8 to 12 minutes. Terminal 4 and Terminal 5 passengers do not have a Park & Ride option through APH, so Meet & Greet is the cheapest available choice there.

Which Meet & Greet product should I choose at Heathrow?

The practical differences are the return process and the operating hours. Maple Parking returns your car automatically against your flight details. Smart Park and MBW need you to call after landing. Edward Lloyd operates between 05:30 and 22:30 only, so it does not suit early or late flights. Beyond that, compare the prices for your dates.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Meet & Greet operators expect delays and will hold your car. Maple Parking tracks your inbound flight automatically. With Smart Park and MBW, you call when you land, so a delay makes no difference to the process. If you will return on a different day from the one you booked, contact APH as early as you can so the booking can be amended.

Can I cancel or change a Heathrow parking booking?

Usually yes, but the cut-off and any charge depend on the operator and the product you booked. The applicable terms are set out in the APH booking terms and on your confirmation email. Check them before you pay rather than after your plans change.

Are Heathrow car parks secure?

The car parks used by the products on this page are access-controlled and monitored. NCP Flightpath uses Automatic Number Plate Recognition, barrier-controlled entry and exit, CCTV coverage and 24-hour staffing. The Meet & Greet operators park in secure compounds and at the Heathrow Short Stay car parks. Security arrangements differ between operators, so check the product page for the one you book.

Is it cheaper to be dropped off than to park?

Heathrow charges £7 for each entry into a terminal drop-off zone, so a drop-off on the way out and a pick-up on the way back costs £14 plus two round trips for whoever is driving. For a short trip, it can work out cheaper than parking; for anything longer, parking is usually better value and far less disruptive for the person dropping you.
