At Manchester Airport, parking is straightforward. The APH Car Park features uniformed personnel, barrier controls, CCTV, security fencing, and shuttle transfers to the terminals every 15 minutes.
On arrival at the car park, the entrance barrier will open automatically, you simply drive into one of the marked arrival bays and head over to Reception. Once you have handed over your keys, you jump on to the transfer bus for the 10-minute ride to the terminals.
On your return, you’ll discover designated APH bus stops just outside the terminal, where an APH bus will return you to the car park to collect your keys and continue your journey home.

easier to get to than other parking as manchester is a nightmare to navigate. the people were polite and chatty even at 2.30 in the morning 😆 we have used this company a couple of times and would definitely recommend
Used this place twice now. Can't fault the service. Easy to get to and straightforward to park up at the door and they'll park your car for you. I think the shuttle buses run every 15 mins and the drivers were good lads who helped folk with their luggage if needed. Would recommend.
With an elderly mother in law, my wife and I have used APH twice this year. Each time, the service has been incredible, and in particular Scott, the driver. Talkative, helpful and very accommodating of mother in law, I'd definitely recommend their services to anyone looking for airport parking in the Manchester area.
Great service from start to finish. From checking in with polite and friendly staff, to spotlessly clean buses, helpful drivers. To returning home, sent text, got a text straight back telling us where to wait and bus arrived with in 5 minutes. Brilliant and would definitely do again

Good off airport parking run by APH 10 mins to the airport by shuttle . Return bus on demand. Keep your return to let handy as you have to show it to get back on the bus to the car park
I've always used APH for my airport parking ,the service is very good the staff excellent and the bus transfer is not to long and the drivers have always been friendly and helpful. What more do you need . The Manchester branch, in my opinion, is probably one of the best in the country.
I had never used offsite airport parking before, although it was the cheapest option, so it was worth a go. I was very impressed by the service, and the staff were very helpful. Very fast turnaround, drop off, and collection. I would highly recommend and I will be using it in the future.
Easy to find, quick and efficient handover, shuttle bus frequent, only a 10 minute drive at the most from Manchester airport terminals . Apon return, you only have to wait a few minutes before bus arrives to take you back to your car, and with in a few minutes your on your way home. Prices are reasonable, for distance to airport and frequency of busses.
Cheapest we could find. Easy to get to and plenty buses to get you to the airport. Would definitely use again, if we ever use Manchester Airport for travelling
Never again, worst airport parking there is. Extremely disorganised. We arrived and the systems were down, so they had no record of the booking had to be done by hand. From driving in to arriving at the terminal took almost an hour. On the return they had no record of us returning as they hadn’t input the data which had been wrote down on arrival. Our car was still in storage on another lot, but they didn’t know where the car was! They had to call around the storage lots to ask if they had seen the car. This took another hour. All in all, very poor service and for an extra fiver there are far better car park companies you can use.
Can't fault APH at all, used many times and can honesty say it's such a trustworthy place to leave your vehicle.The staff are very friendly and helpful, we parked here mid August for an evening flight and the main guy behind the desk was so apologetic about the traffic causing a delay in getting a bus to the aiport, which was beyond his control. Excellent communication throughout. will continue to use, as we have done, in future. Thanks guys for making the process very smooth🙏
Used aph for many years now. Always cheaper than the alternative. Drive up and leave key, no stress having to find a space. Highly recommend. Offer blue discount too.
Brilliant service, all staff very friendly. Not always the cheapest but you get a great service. This is why I always use them. I have tried several in past, but lacked the service. Used these guys many times and have always given me a brilliant service with a smile.
I’d just like to say apart from the efficiency of the running of APH, Zoe is the kindest most helpful and caring lady I’ve had the pleasure of meeting.I had a traumatic experience after coming off the plane to get my car and she went above and beyond to comfort and help me.Zoe, you need a pay rise! Really helpful and kind staff. Helped with luggage and our pram lifting and we’re so accommodating of parking needs. Really secure car park. Didn’t have to wait long at all for the bus to get us to and from the airport. Highly recommend them
Paid xtra to have my car parked inside,,it was dark when I collected it,,got home to a lit driveway to find it covered in bird poo..never again will I park here...
Faultless service, drove in handed keys in dealt with paperwork, on the bus 5 mins later. Bus driver very jolly and helpful with bags. Comfortable clean coach, collecting car just as straight forward and swift. Would recommend and deffinitely use again.
Booked drop & go at Manchester Airport. Flight cancelled, new flight booked 8 hours later (same day). APH would not allow me to simply arrive later for my existing booking. They wanted me to rebook, ie. pay twice for exactly the same service minus 8 hours. Worse, their website states that you can 'amend personal and flight details' but when you get to your details page only personal details can be amended. So this is misleading. Needless to say they no longer man their phones - there is a recorded message telling you to email with enquiries. And of course there is no response at the weekend. All in all this has been a really terrible experience. Non-existent customer service, and profiteering.Update: 3 days later and to add insult to injury I've had two long, argumentative emails from someone called Rob, basically accusing me of being wrong about everything. I stand by my original complaint. This is another company that puts profit above customers by not providing accessible out of hours contact, by making their amendment policies as complex and opaque as possible, by forcing customers do all the legwork and then by refusing to accept responsibility when their own systems are found wanting. If I get a refund I'll update again but I'm not holding my breath.Later still: In response to a letter I wrote to APH head office they have now accepted that the service on this occasion was not up to standard and they have agreed to refund me.
We have used APH since it was a portacabin and a small business, but over the years things have changed. Waiting times on collection from the airport being the main issue. We arrived on a flight from furteventura into Manchester at 3am this morning along with many families with young children. Three buses came each being full or very few places for people to get on. After waiting for 1HOUR we finally managed to get on. I understand there were road closures but why do they not allow for this when you give them all your return flight details when you check your car in. Would think twice now before using them again, and would consider using on-airport parking with more reliable drop off and pickup service.
My car was left here for a week and never again left there clean. I couldn't believe the amount of bird excrement the car was covered in. I know it's an open car park, but this should have been washed off. Anyone knows it can damage the paint work if just left. They take your money, but they don't care.
Check in amazing, great price but return was terrible... over 1/2 an hour wait in the rain waiting on the transfer bus - 2 phone calls later it eventually arrived... then had to wait to get the keys because there was only one queue for arrivals and departures... after a delayed flight this was not the best experience.
First time I've been since the refurb, looks great, toilets are a lot better than before. Same great friendly staff and great service. I won't park anywhere else when I'm flying from Manchester.
I've used APH Manchester a few times and I have to say, the drivers are absolutely lovely. No matter the time, day or night, they're pleasant, friendly and helpful.It's a really good service. I like that my car is secure whilst I'm away and I don't have to drive round looking for a space.The only reason I've given 4 stars and not 5 is that it takes longer than I want to wait to be picked up from the airport on arrival. Three buses for another car park (Jet Parks 3) came past yesterday whilst I was waiting for APH.
If you’re reading this review you’re obviously unfortunate enough to have missed out on parking at the airport which is cheaper. These cowboys take your flight number and tell you to text when you have your bags just for fun. Ended up ringing about 15 minutes after getting to the bus stop to be told they will send a bus straight away, surely they should’ve already dispatched one?
This is car parking with a shuttle bus to Manchester Airport. It is easy to find and the process of leaving your car with them and catching the shuttle bus is quick and easy. The staff are all very nice and helpful. The shuttle takes about 10 mins to get to the airport and on your return journey they are very organised when you pick up your car.
We used APH last week and were dubious at first as it is not onsite at the Airport. However there was no reason to worry. You literally pull up and drop your car and keys and they do the rest. The bus is around 10 mins from the airport with traffic and they drop off and collect outside each terminal. The admin staff and drivers were really friendly and the drivers helped us load and offload our cases and bags. The car park is fully secure and I had no qualms about leaving my car. Will always use here in the future now
Great service, worked perfectly for us, apart demon the shuttle bus services is far far slower than advertised, LEAVE PLENTY OF TIME, we were cutting it fine from traffic but still felt it was doable but ended up missing our flight.Staff all friendly, car was looked after and all went smoothly
Extremely friendly staff both on the desk and on the buses. They even helped all the passengers carry their luggage on and off the bus.It's located quite far from the airport, but the transfer was easy enough. We were picked up from bus stop C at terminal 3 on the way home. Even though it was 1.30am the bus driver was lovely.Facility seemed really secure. Simply drop the car in front of reception, leave your keys and they move it for you for the duration of your holiday. When we returned the car was back near the exit for us.£60 for three days was a little on the expensive side, but happy to pay more to get good service and know the car is safe and secure.
What a great company. So pleased we chose APH. Car park is in an industrial estate about 20 minutes from the airport. Very clean, organized and secure. Buses every 20 minutes or whenever you’re there - they just take you immediately. Help with all your bags. Bus drivers and all staff very nice, helpful and lovely. Pick up was easy. Regulate buses back to the car park. Highly recommended.
I recently used APH for parking services, and unfortunately, I encountered an issue that has left me disappointed. During my time using their services, the door seal on my vehicle was damaged. While I don't believe this was intentional, I was disappointed by APH's response, which suggested I should have noticed the damage before leaving their parking facility.The reason for my disappointment is that the parking area was densely packed, making it challenging to inspect my car thoroughly upon departure. The damaged seal appeared to have been repositioned, making it difficult to spot immediately. It was only after returning home that I noticed the torn seal.I think it's essential for parking service providers to take responsibility for the vehicles entrusted to them, especially when damage occurs during their care. While I can't recommend APH based on my experience, I hope they consider improving their communication and inspection processes to avoid such situations in the future.If you value the condition of your vehicle, I would advise considering alternative parking service providers.
Arrived back from Turkey on Boxing Day evening. APH shuttle bus awaiting us at the Terminal . Friendly and efficient service. Car waiting and ready to drive away. No fuss or waiting about, which is exactly what we like. Thank you and will definitely use again.
I just want to say thank you so much to Tony C and Zoe Smith for being exceptionally helpful, respectful and courteous on our return from our holiday. They helped us put our luggage in the car while it was raining and went above and beyond. Tony picked us up from the airport bus stop, he is by far the most happiest and friendly bus driver we have come across. As soon as we got to the APH building both Zoe and Tony helped us with our two children and kept them entertained while we got sorted. Thank you so much for everything you did for us and I can assure you they are an asset to your team. They definitely deserve a bonus!!!! Thank you again and we hope to see u on our future holidays.
Everything was fine with the drop off, all happy with that. It was my first time using them but my friend who I was travelling with had used them previously. I was impressed at first. The pick up after the holiday was a nightmare though. We arrived back to Manchester and were told to text APH with our flight number as soon as we collect our bags and the bus will be there 10/15 minutes later. Almost an hour later (after a big group of us had stood in the freezing December night cold) the bus arrived for us. It's also worth mentioning that 2 members of this large group tried to contact APH multiple times during the wait to find out where the bus was, we were told that a bus had come and gone as "no one was at the bus stop". Interesting considering our the time of our texts are documented and we were all clearly there. If you're going to lie, think of a better one next time maybe, or just collect on time as advertised. Really put us off using this service in future. I've seen other reviews say similar things with the pick up. Only got home around 1am.

Great car park, easy access, just drop car off next to bus terminal and unload the team take care of the rest for you. The bus regularly departs to all three terminals and the driver will help load and unload luggage. On return very straight forward and simple process and easy to locate car to exit. Better than other car parks I've used.

I hate parking actually in Manchester Airport. But APH at Sharston takes the pressures off us. Book in advance, longer the better, park up, and get one of their buses to your exact terminal. Get picked back up very easily. We use 5hem always when travelling from Manchester Airport. Staff very friendly and helpful , and it's a roughly 10 minute drive. Highly recommended. We have used their services for years now.
*** "aph do not carry bikes anymore" ***Unless they feel like it.We were forced to make additional car journeys on to the airport to drop our bags off (yes even at 4am when there was no one else around) whilst others were allowed to put their bikes on the same bus. Not even a first come first served policy, just a power hungry guy enjoying that he ruined the start of our holiday.Will not be using APH again.
We have used this service 10+ times, it's always efficient and easy.Staff always helpful despite waving people off on their holidays day-in day-out whilst they are at work.It's approximately 20mins on the bus.There is always a bus waiting to take you back to the car park at the end of your trip when all you want to do is get home.Good value for money.
Been using APH for a few years having tried most of the other operators and APH is definitely the best in my opinion. Good prices and discount offers generally available. We wouldn't go anywhere else now.
Absolutely shocking! We text the number on leaving baggage collection and after 3 phone calls that were not answered and rang out they finally answered on the fourth we were picked up after waiting for 45 minutes, which is a long time waiting and not knowing if you are actually going to get picked up with no way of contacting them because they don't answer the phone in an office with at least 5 or 5 employees at any one time!. No apology or anything, I have since complained to customer services with two emails and not even an acknowledgment that they have received anything, I would stay clear of this operator and use anyone else unless you enjoy standing in a car park for 45 mins with your baggage at the end of your holiday. Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I understand things go wrong but a company is judged on how they respond to that, in this case they don't respond, it's not worth the risk, use anyone but APH.
First class service. Dropped car off and there was a bus waiting to take us to the airport. Returned today(4/5/22). Sent text as soon as we had collected our luggage, bus arrived five minutes later. Collected our car and was on our way fifteen minutes later. Efficient and courteous staff plus added bonus of using our Tesco points. No complaints at all. Would definitely recommend
Easy on-line booking and a short bus journey to the airport on arrival. On return a quick text to the team after picking up bags and my car was waiting for me on my return. Transfer buses every 15 minutes I believe. I have used this service twice and find it easier than getting a lift or travelling to the airport by train.
Did just what it said on the tin. Efficient car parking. Efficient transfers both ways, and efficient hand over of the keys back to me. Car had only moved 1 mile (not like some other places.Will definitely use this company again.

So simple, booked online, turned up, took the luggage out, handed keys over, got receipt, on the bus, 10 minutes at the airport & away we went. Coming home on the waiting bus, 10 minutes later back at the car, handed over receipt, got my key & we where off home, all done service polite, curious & professional. Definitely use them again. 🙂
Worst experience Ever.NO REGULAR SHUTTLE BUS UNPROFESSIONAL SERIAL LIARS.We called as soon as our flight landed and got to the bus stop for Terminal 1 (8PM). We first got upon a wrong bus. By the time we got back to Terminal 1 we saw some lads waiting for a bus also.We then rang APH again as we thought we had got onto the wrong bus They Said the bus is on its way in 10 minutes.Anyway long story short the company advised us to wait each time we called claiming we "missed" the shuttle bus. But then we discovered the lads who we saw at the stop were waiting for the same bus as us to the same company !And they had been waiting over half an hour. We rang again after waiting another 10 minutes. Rude staff member and he cut us off when we said if your shuttle bus doesn't arrive we will have to resort to paying for a taxi to get there and you will have to pay.The lads and another gentleman had now been waiting over an hour for a bus the company kept claiming was "on its way".This company seems to have a long list of positive reviews which look very suspicious and may be paid for reviews as their trust pilot and Google rating are both precisely 4.4 and judging by the staff member who met us when we picked our car keys didn't seem surprised about our bad experience it must be common.More People who have had bad experience need to vocalise this.Or even betterCOMPLAIN TO MANCHESTER AIRPORT DIRECTLY ABOUT YOUR RIDICULOUS EXPERIENCE LIKE I WILL BE SO THEY DON'T RECEIVE FURTHER CONTRACTS FOR THEIR HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CARE
Great find, prices economic, friendly staff, good condition reception and clean toilets. Fast efficient service to and from the airport. Often you wonder what state your car will be in when you get back - no worries here, felt they looked after it as well as they looked after us. Five star service guys, I'll be back
We dropped the car off and were taken to the terminal with no issues. We were told to text their number when we landed for pick up instructions. The text response from APH said if we landed at T3 we should exit, turn right and wait at bus stop D. We found it and waited. And waited. After almost 25 minutes I rang to be told they don’t even pick up from T3 as it’s closed. How can it be closed? We’ve just landed there. The girl on the phone didn’t apologise or offer any iota of customer service just repeated that the bus doesn’t stop here and we need to walk to T1. By the time we’d walked there and found the pick up point it had been over 40 minutes. Back at the reception I tried to speak to the sulky looking girl behind the counter who couldn’t make eye contact and completely refused to engage in discussion. She said the texts are nothing to do with her and that no-one had ever gone to the wrong stop before, something I find extremely hard to believe when they are texting people and telling them they should go there. She was so unbelievably rude we just decided to leave as we weren’t getting anywhere. Perhaps when she grows out of her goth phase her social skills might improve.
First time to use airport parking and it was so smooth. I didn’t wait any time at all for the bus either way and they’re really close by. I landed 23.30 and was picked up really quickly. Bus drivers were lovely too.
