- The whole experience was very well run, however, we use your service every year and it was disappointing how much your charges had gone up, we ended up paying more this year for a four day car parking stay than we paid for a seven day car parking stay last year

- When we arrived at the exit we were asked to pay £139. When I said we had prepaid I had to leave my car at the barrier and walk back to a hut where a member of staff had no record of my booking. Fortunately I had an email confirmation and she let us leave without further payment. Not what you need at the end if a holiday.

- It would help if the driver organised the baggage going on the bus. On my transfer the back of the bus was empty due to cases and child buggies blocking the isles stopping passengers movement

- Couldn't enter the airport on departure as bus was held at barrier. Waited quite a while for bus on arrival home (especially middle of the night).
Long walk to the car, especially with a husband who struggles to walk. Are you able to request a close parking space please?
