Directions

Bristol Airport is located on the A38:

  1. The connecting motorway is the M5 and the airport is sign posted.
  2. Proceed along the A38 where you will pick up signs for the airport.
  3. As you approach the airport, follow signs for the Silver Zone car park.

Arrival instructions

  1. On arrival, drive to the vehicle scanner. If your car is under 2.1m in height, the barrier will lift automatically.
  2. If your vehicle is over 2.1m, use the right-hand lane and press the intercom, our on-site team will be ready to assist.
  3. Head to the Drop Off area, choose a bay, and make note of your parking space number.
  4. Walk to the Reception building and use the Self Check-in Key Drop, you’ll need to leave your keys with the Silver Zone team, who will securely park your vehicle.

To avoid delays at check-in or security, please arrive with ample time before your flight.
In case the barrier doesn’t rise, just press the intercom and provide your booking reference.

Return instructions

  1. After landing, head to the Transport Interchange and take the free shuttle bus from the terminal back to Silver Zone parking.
  2. Visit reception and hand over your Green Receipt at the Key Collection Area to retrieve your car keys.
  3. Follow the exit signs, your vehicle will be ready nearby, and drive to the exit where the barrier will lift automatically via ANPR recognition.

  • Disabled Parking: Blue Badge holders will find dedicated parking bays conveniently located next to the main reception building.
  • Wheelchair-Accessible Transfers: All shuttle buses from Silver Zone parking Bristol Airport include wheelchair ramps and are fully certified to carry one wheelchair user per trip

Vehicle restrictions

  • Vehicle height limit of 2.1m. Vehicles above this height must use the right-hand barrier and press the intercom to speak with an attendant. Keep your booking reference ready.

  • No caravans, motorhomes or trailers permitted in the Silver Zone parking area. (Vans accepted if they fit into a standard parking space.)

  • Commercial vehicles welcome, provided they fit within a single standard parking space.

  • Overstay Charges: If your return is delayed, any additional parking days will incur a £30 per day surcharge beyond your scheduled return date.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Our Flexible booking option offers you the convenience and flexibility you need. Here’s how it works:
    1. Need to Change Your Plans?
      • You can cancel or change your booking up to 24 hours before your parking period begins without any charges.
    2. Parking Period:
      • Your parking period starts at 12:01 AM on the first day of your booked dates, regardless of your pre-booked arrival time.
    3. Important to Note:
      • If you don’t cancel or update your booking at least 24 hours before your parking period begins, we’ll need to charge you for the full booking. Also, please be aware that we can’t offer refunds if you return earlier than planned.
    4. Booking Adjustments:
      • If you make changes to your booking and the price changes, we’ll either charge or refund the difference based on your adjustments.
