Arriving at Luton Airport for Airparks Meet & Greet means simply driving to Terminal Car Park 1, where you will be met by a uniformed member of staff. You hand over your keys, collect your luggage, and follow the covered walkway across to the terminal to check in.

While you are away, you can be assured that your car is parked securely in police-approved parking compound with security fencing, barrier controls, 24-hour staff and CCTV.

And on your return to Luton Airport, you follow the covered walkway back to the same point that you dropped your vehicle, where the staff will hand you back your keys, ready for you to drive away.

You need to know that your car is safe while you are away from home, and if you are flying from Luton Airport and parking with Airparks Meet & Greet, you can be assured your car is parked securely. Airparks Meet & Greet car park is ringed by security fencing and operates CCTV. The entrance and exits are barrier controlled and the car park is floodlit and patrolled 24 hours a day. Luton Airport Airparks Meet & Greet has been awarded the police-approved Park Mark Safer Parking Award.

Just a 5 minute walk to the terminal building.

Disabled Facilities

Luton Airport Airparks Meet & Greet is a convenient option for travellers with limited mobility, as there are no shuttle bus transfers required between the drop-off and collection points and the airport terminal. Once you have left your car with an Airparks member of staff you just follow the covered walkway into the terminal.

Please note that vehicles higher than 7 ft including minibuses, high-sided vehicles, caravans, mobile homes, lorries and trailers may not book Luton Airport Airparks Meet & Greet. Extra-large vehicles and minibuses must check in advance and make prior arrangements or may be refused entry. If your vehicle is wider than a standard parking bay (2.4m wide x 4.8m long) you must also make prior arrangements, and an extra fee will apply.

Arrival Procedure

Call Airparks when you are around 30 minutes away from the airport: 0800 298 5899 – option 1

1. When you arrive at the airport follow the signs to Terminal Car Park 1
2. Take a ticket from the barrier
3. Drive up to Level 3, where you will be met by a member of Airparks Meet & Greet staff
4. Your driver will be wearing an Airparks hi-vis jacket and carrying ID
5. Hand your ticket and keys to the driver, who will photograph your car before driving it to the secure parking compound
6. Continue on foot following the signs to the terminal along the covered walkway

Return Procedure

Returning to Luton Airport:

1. Collect your luggage and call Airparks: 0800 298 5899
2. Follow the signs to Terminal Car Park 1 across the covered walkway
3. Collect your vehicle from the Airparks Meet & Greet area
4. An Airparks member of staff will give you a ticket to exit the car park
5. Please ensure you exit the car park no later than 10 minutes after your call, to avoid incurring extra charges
