From 29th August 2023 new ULEZ charges will affect bookings at most car parks serving Heathrow for vehicles that do not meet Euro 6 emissions regulations - please make sure you check before you travel.
No Wait Guarantee Terms/Conditions: An accurate return flight number and landing date and time are given. Your flight does not land more than 15 minutes early unannounced. The terminal is open and flights are operating from that terminal. There are no road closures or road accidents preventing us from getting to and from the airport easily. Heightened security at the airport does not slow down entry into the airport. Any vehicle issues preventing or delaying the return of the vehicle – including mechanical, electrical, fuel etc.

Directions to Terminal 5:
Postcode: TW6 2GD
- Leave the M4 at Junction 4 (or if you're coming from the M25, leave at Junction 14).
- Follow the signs to T5.
- Upon entering Heathrow Airport, follow signs for Sofitel T5. Once you have arrived, follow the road markings and signs to park in an arrival bay. Then head to reception to check in, please have your booking confirmation and return flight details to hand. Once you're all checked in head to the Sofitel hotel lobby which has a walkaway straight into T5.

Arrival Procedure
This product is for drop off and collection at T5 only. Your return terminal can be changed directly with Maple Parking however this must be amended prior to the day your booking starts, however extra charges may apply.

Follow the directions below to the meeting point at the terminal you are flying from. You will need to have ready your 'Booking Name' and 'Booking Reference' and return flight details to check in with the team when you arrive.
