What is the difference between flex, non-flex, super saver, mystery etc?

We understand that these different terms can be very confusing that’s why if a car park or Hotel has several different options available we present details of these next to the price to help you make your choice.

In general most of our products are flexible or ‘flex’ which means you can amend or cancel them under our standard T’s and C’s (link). Non-flex, super savers, mystery products are usually cheaper but, once booked, you cannot amend or cancel the booking.
