I have lost my confirmation - can I still enter the lounge?

If you have lost your confirmation completely, we would recommend you call us so that one of our advisors can help track down your booking and resend your confirmation to you. However if do not have time to do so, and you definitely have a lounge booking, if you just turn up to the lounge without your confirmation they should be able to find you on their system and let you in. Of course, if you don’t show up with your confirmation, the check-in process will be longer but it shouldn’t stop you getting in the lounge to relax.
