What can Manage My Booking help you do?

With APH's Manage My Booking technology once you've made your booking, whether it's online at aph.com or through our call centre, you have the flexibility to amend or cancel it online.

By simply entering your booking reference number, postcode and email address you can make a variety of changes to your booking, or if you no longer require your booking you can cancel it as well (subject to the terms and conditions of the products booked).

Change your start date and/or time

If your holiday dates have changed or if you change your travel plans to arrive at the airport earlier than you originally intended, you can amend your parking dates online.  Simply change your start date or time and you will be advised what the new charge is for your stay.  Any refund or extra charge will be taken from your original payment card.

Change your end date

If you’ve extended your holiday dates or are now planning to return earlier than expected, provided you do this at least a full day before the date you travel you can make these changes online. Any refund or extra charge will be taken from your original payment card.

Personal detail changes

You can make changes to your address, name, contact telephone numbers and email address.

Vehicle detail changes

You can make changes to your vehicle registration number, car model and colour.

Flight return number

If you didn’t have your flight return number to hand when you made the booking, or if these have changed, you can let us know these online through Manage My Booking.

Return terminal

If your return terminal has changed simply make the change to your booking in Manage My Booking – particularly important for Meet & Greet bookings.

Number of passengers

If the number of passengers in your party has changed you can amend these details online.

No confirmation/lost confirmation

Not received your confirmation email or misplaced it?  You can request another one with all your booking details including dates and directions by clicking Resend My Itinerary in Manage My Booking

Payment History

You can access a full payment history for your booking online.
