JetParks Plus Manchester
JetParks Plus is an on-airport, valet parking car park situated just over a mile from the airport. Transfers to the airport terminals run 24 hours a day at 15 minute intervals and take approximately 10-15 minutes, although this can vary during peak times. Despite its close proximity to the airport terminals, we recommend that you leave plenty of time between arrival at the car park and flight check-in.

"I have used Jet Parks Plus (formally shuttle park) for in excess of 5 years and the transfers to and from the airport have got worse. I don't know why the Jet Parks 3 bus can't pick up passengers for Jet Parks plus. Three Jet Parks 3 buses passed us whilst waiting for 1 for Jet Parks Plus and the driver was particularly rude. The waiting time for the bus is just too long."

"You have recently installed a vehicle recognition system at the car park and this is excellent. However, there were quite a number of cars unable to get out of the car park because of faulty tokens or lost tokens?! I am sure many people will lose the tokens and I just wonder over a period of time, whether these could fall into wrong hands or large ques will result on exit to the car park."

"When we arrived I found that the card was not recognised. My wife pointed out that there was what we thought was a security man in the brick building. I had printed out the confirmation and so walked over. The man continued to sit behind the desk and shouted to tell me to use the intercom at the barrier. This I did, and found that, rather then speak to some central control elsewhere, I was speaking to the same man!! He told me that my reservation was not recognied despite me giving him the reservation number. Finally, he let us through the barrier. Could he not have spoken to me in person given that he could see that I had the paper document with me? I have used your service many times and haven't had a problem before, but this was the first time I have had to speak to staff."

"having prebooked the shuttle car park, I was told on arrival that the car park was full and was told that we had to use a relief car park. Common sense me that if you have prebooked and prepaid a space then a space should be available, but obviously your system leaves a lot to be desired. i have used your facilities on a number of occassions both at Manchester and Liverpool - my registration nomber is st04mlf so you can check back to see that I have used you.I am a very annoyed customer"
