Your vehicle will be charged to the amount you have pre-purchased when you arrive,so there is no need for you to wait around. Just make sure you bring your own charging cable and any other relevant equipment.
Note that your vehicle will be charged only once, either on your arrival to the car park or shortly after, and any loss of charge thereafter will not be topped up before you collect it. Your vehicle will be charged to the value you have pre-purchased only which may not result in your car registering fully charged. The vehicle should be left in valet mode, if applicable, and must arrive at the car park with a minimum charge of 5% to avoid any risk of the battery draining.
Our fully trained drivers will move your car from charging point to a secure parking bay for the duration of your trip and will bring it back to the Reception area ready for you to collect when you return from your travels.
Charging is available at either 30 kW or 60 kW
