Thank you for your feedback.

We take complaints very seriously, and we’re very sorry your experience was not as expected. The bus stops are allocated by the Airport Authorities and are for the use of all off-airport parking facilities. The bus stops can at times be very busy and the drivers are told to park in an available bay upon arrival if the designated bays are taken up by another off-airport company at that time.

We therefore have to rely on our customers being honest by allowing the travellers who had been at the stop first to alight the bus. We sincerely apologise that this did not happen on this occasion and can only apologise for any inconvenience this has caused you. We hope that this matter will not deter you from using the services of APH in the future.

Kind regards,
Chantelle Voller
