Why Book APH Self Park, Manchester Airport

If you’re looking for a combination of great value, secure parking, and a regular and efficient transfer service then APH Manchester Self Park is the car park for you. 

APH Manchester is just a few minutes from both the M56 and M60 meaning it’s ideally located for your transfer to the airport. The shuttle transfer service runs frequently day and night meaning you’re never more than 30 minutes from the terminal, whatever time you arrive. 
    
There’s nothing to worry about from a security point of view either. The car park is manned 24 hours a day, has CCTV and is a holder of the police approved Park Mark – Safer Parking award so you know that once you’ve parked your car, we’ll be there to look after it for you.

Here at APH, we believe in absolute transparency when it comes to caring for your car. You’ll know exactly where your car is for the duration of your trip because you’ll have parked it yourself and it’ll stay right where you left it. APH’s car park at Manchester is a holder of the, police approved, Park Mark – Safer Parking Award. There’s also the benefit of CCTV, secure fencing, barriers on entry and exit and the car park is manned 24 hours a day. 

Transfers to and from Manchester Airport

Transfers from the car park to the airport take approximately 10 minutes and run to all terminals. They run 24 hours a day and leave the car park every 15 minutes on average. 

Disabled Facilities

If you require any help with unloading bags onto buses or out of cars then our friendly staff will be happy to help. The APH buses are also wheelchair friendly and there’s a disabled toilet located at the car park.

APH are unable to transport bikes, surf/windsurfing boards or items of a similar size on their transfer coaches. Snowboards/skis are acceptable.

Arrival Procedure

Using APH Self Park is easy:

  1. Drive up to the barrier and wait for it to open automatically.
  2. Drive into one of the marked arrival bays and unload your luggage. A member of check-in staff will direct you to the Self Park area
  3. Once you've parked your car, jump onto the transfer bus and keep your keys with you.

Please ensure you allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Return Procedure

Picking up your car is just as easy:

  1. Once you return to Manchester Airport, head to the marked APH bus stops just outside the terminal.
  2. Take the transfer ride back to the car park.
  3. Head to reception, get the barrier exit code and jump in your car.
