Directions

  1. Follow signs to the airport - situated off Speke Hall Avenue.
  2. Go to the car park marked ‘Express Drop off' which is directly across from the terminal building.

Arrival instructions

  1. Ensure you have a full copy of your airport parking booking/reservation confirmation with you.
  2. Call APL Parking reception on 07918 056667 approximately 15 minutes before arrival to confirm your meet arrangements.
  3. Drive into the airport's Express Drop-Off car park at the pre-agreed time.
  4. An APL Parking driver will meet you, direct you into a suitable space and check your booking details.
  5. Hand your vehicle keys to the driver and pay the £6 exit fee.

Return instructions

  1. Once you have collected your luggage at Liverpool John Lennon Airport, call APL Parking on 07918 056667 to notify them of your arrival.
  2. Make your way to the Express Drop-Off and Pick-Up car park as instructed to collect your vehicle.
  3. As you exit, pay the car park £6 fee. 

Important information

Please ensure you read the important information below to help make your journey as smooth as possible.

  • Liverpool Airport no longer offers a free waiting period. A £6 exit fee applies for every use of the Express Drop-Off and Pick-Up Car Park. This charge is set by the airport and applies to all Meet and Greet customers.

  • The drop-off and pick-up fee is linked to your vehicle registration and is unique to each visit.

  • On arrival, £6 is collected by the APL Parking driver to remove your vehicle from the drop-off area. A further £6 is payable on return when exiting the car park. Fees can be paid by bank card at the exit barrier if preferred.

Security

Your vehicle remains in safe hands, APL Parking operates a secure site protected by electronic barriers and automatic number plate recognition, allowing access only to registered vehicles with a valid booking.

The car park is fully enclosed with security fencing, floodlighting and CCTV monitoring all on-site activity. For added reassurance, all APL staff wear uniforms, carry verifiable identification and are fully insured to drive customer vehicles.

Disabled facilities

Meet and Greet parking is well suited to customers who require the closest possible parking option and an easier journey through the airport. By dropping your vehicle near the terminal, you can avoid shuttle transfers and long walks, making the experience more convenient and accessible.

  • Trailers are not permitted.

  • Oversized vehicles are not accepted, including motorhomes.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Our Flexible booking option offers you the convenience and flexibility you need. Here’s how it works:
    1. Need to Change Your Plans?
      • You can cancel or change your booking up to 24 hours before your parking period begins without any charges.
    2. Parking Period:
      • Your parking period starts at 12:01 AM on the first day of your booked dates, regardless of your pre-booked arrival time.
    3. Important to Note:
      • If you don’t cancel or update your booking at least 24 hours before your parking period begins, we’ll need to charge you for the full booking. Also, please be aware that we can’t offer refunds if you return earlier than planned.
    4. Booking Adjustments:
      • If you make changes to your booking and the price changes, we’ll either charge or refund the difference based on your adjustments.
