Directions

Terminal 2 drop off - Terminal Parking (Formerly Short Stay).
Sat-nav postcode: TW6 1EW

  1. Exiting the tunnel, keep right, passing the Central Bus Station, joining the final approaches to Terminal 2 on Cosmopolitan Way.
  2. Please keep to the right, as the road to Terminal 2 will move away from building before turning back as the road ramps up to Terminal 2 Departures & the Terminal Parking 2 car park on Constellation Way.
  3. Once you are on the rising ramp, continue to keep right as the ramp will lead directly into the "Terminal Parking car park" entry barriers. Please make sure you are in lane 5 or 6, (towards the ticket machine), which will take you to Level 4 of the car park. Take a ticket at the barrier and enter the car park. Once you enter the car park on Level 4, keep to the RIGHT following the signs for 'Off Airport Parking Meet & Greet' and then please park your car in "Row B".
  4. Here you will see our uniformed drivers who are based near the ticket pay machine. 

Terminal 3 drop off - Terminal Parking (Formerly Short Stay).

  1. From the M25 exit at Junction 15, follow the signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3 all the way round following onto the Western Perimeter Road.
  2. Go through the main tunnel to the Central Terminal Area for Terminals 1, 2 & 3.
  3. Exiting the tunnel, keep in the 1st lane and follow signs for Terminal 3 Terminal Parking Car park (Carpark 3). Take a ticket from the barrier and follow signs to Level 4, then please park your car in "Row B"
  4. Here you will see our uniformed drivers who are based near the ticket pay machine. 

Terminal 4 drop off - Terminal Parking (Formerly Short Stay)

Before 23rd June:

  1. Please follow directions to the Terminal Parking car park and then drive up to Level 2. Look for the "Off Airport Meet and Greet' sign.
  2. Here you will see our uniformed drivers who are based near the ticket pay machine. 

Terminal 4 drop off - T4 Park & Ride

After the 23rd June the location change below will take effect. 

  1. Please follow directions to the Park & Ride at Terminal 4
  2. Park in ZONE C & D - rows 4,5,6,7. Your driver will be waiting there. 

Terminal 5 drop off - Terminal Parking (Formerly Short Stay).

  1. Please follow the signs for the "Terminal Parking car park", which is located on the right hand side of the ramp, as you take the exit for Terminal 5 from the roundabout.
  2. On arrival at the Terminal Parking car park, please move to the left hand lane, following directions to "LEVEL 4". Take a ticket from the barrier and make your way to Zones "R-S".
  3. Please park your car in these designated areas, sign posted as "Off Airport Meet & Greet". Here you will see our uniformed drivers who are based near the ticket pay machine. 

Arrival instructions

To avoid additional any charges, Parkair 24/7 do require you call 30 minutes prior to reaching the terminal, so they can allocate staff accordingly on 0333 4042 247. 

For Terminals 2,3 & 5: 

  1. Drive to the Terminal Parking car park (Formerly Short Stay) and dedicated meeting point to meet your driver.
  2. Please have your email booking confirmation ready on your smartphone, together with your return flight details.

T4 Arriving/Returning after 23rd June:

  1. Drive to the Terminal 4 Park & Ride car park dedicated meeting point to meet your driver.
  2. Please have your email booking confirmation ready on your smartphone, together with your return flight details.

Return instructions

  1. Once you have collected your luggage, please call Parkair on 0333 4042 247 to confirm you are ready for your vehicle.
  2. Head to the return location specified below. 

 

Terminal 2: Terminal Parking Car Park, Level 4

Terminal 3: Terminal Parking Car Park, Level 4

Terminal 4: Terminal Parking Car Park, Level 2

Please note that there is a location change from 23rd June: 

Exit Terminal 4 and head to Bus Stop 3 for the shuttle back to the car park. Buses are fully accessible with space for luggage.

Terminal 5: Terminal Parking Car Park, Level 4

A Parkair driver will meet you and return your vehicle promptly. Please take a moment to check your vehicle before leaving, as Parkair cannot accept liability for any issues reported after the vehicle has been driven away.

Important information

Please ensure you read the vehicle restrictions and important information to help make your journey as smooth as possible.

  • Vehicles must arrive with at least 15% battery charge and the EV charging cable left in the vehicle. Charging is carried out once during your stay using standard charging facilities and may reach up to 80%. Charging levels cannot be guaranteed and will vary depending on vehicle settings, charging speeds and the length of stay.

  • Some vehicles may naturally lose a small amount of charge while parked. Parkair247 cannot accept liability for issues relating to charging levels, charging times or individual vehicle charging systems.

  • If your arrival date or time changes within 24 hours of your booking start time, contact ParkAir 24/7 on 0333 4042 247 as soon as possible to update your details.

  • ParkAir 24/7 covers up to 30 minutes of terminal car park fees. Please check your vehicle before leaving, as liability cannot be accepted for issues reported after the vehicle has left their care. Taking photos before departure is recommended.

  • Due to the closure of Terminal Parking T4 from 23 June, ParkAir has introduced a new drop off and collection location. Please check your booking confirmation for the latest instructions and directions.

Disabled facilities

Parkair 24/7 is perfect for anyone who has a disability and requires extra assistance as you hand over your car at the terminal, and take a short walk to check in. Assistance with loading available on request. 

Vehicle restrictions

  • Terminal 2, 3 & 5: Maximum vehicle height 2.2 metres.

  • Terminal 4: Maximum vehicle height 2.1 metres.

  • ULEZ charges apply - fees will be incurred for both arrival and return dates.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Our Flexible booking option offers you the convenience and flexibility you need. Here’s how it works:
    1. Need to Change Your Plans?
      • You can cancel or change your booking up to 24 hours before your parking period begins without any charges.
    2. Parking Period:
      • Your parking period starts at 12:01 AM on the first day of your booked dates, regardless of your pre-booked arrival time.
    3. Important to Note:
      • If you don’t cancel or update your booking at least 24 hours before your parking period begins, we’ll need to charge you for the full booking. Also, please be aware that we can’t offer refunds if you return earlier than planned.
    4. Booking Adjustments:
      • If you make changes to your booking and the price changes, we’ll either charge or refund the difference based on your adjustments.
