Opening Times

The operating times of Edward Lloyd Meet & Greet are between the hours of 06:00 and 22:30. Please be advised that for any late collections after midnight, early returns or if you return on a flight different to the one orginally specified, there will be a charge of £30 payable to the driver in cash.

Bookings will be required to pay the entry / exit fees at the Short Stay car parks.

Overstay charges are £30 for the first day, £10 per day thereafter.

Edward Lloyd does not accept Left-hand drive vehicles. 

Please make sure you are in communications with Edward Lloyd regarding any changes that you may have with your arrival time, There will not be any charge if you let Edward Lloyd know the day before travel.

From 29th August 2023 new ULEZ charges will affect bookings at most car parks serving Heathrow for vehicles that do not meet Euro 6 emissions regulations - please make sure you check before you travel.

Edward Lloyd Parking will not be able to take your car if it is not legal and roadworthy or is in any other way unsafe to drive, such as tyre tread not within the legal limit.

Edward Lloyd Meet & Greet will meet you in the Short Stay Car Park at Terminal 4. Please call them 30 minutes before your arrival time to both confirm that you are on schedule, and to agree on parking arrangements:

  1. Follow signs for Terminal 4 and the Short Stay Car Park. 
  2. Make your way to Level 2, Row F where you will be met


Arrival Procedure

Dropping your car off is easy:

  1. Please call when you are approximately 30 minutes away from the terminal.
  2. Make your way to the Short Stay car park at Terminal 4
  3. Once you have met the driver he will inspect your car with you for any existing damage.
  4. Edward Lloyd will then confirm your return details.
  5. Your car will then be driven to a secure compound.
  6. Please make sure when returning from an overnight long-haul flight that you enter the correct date you land in the UK. It is advised that you save the mobile number to your phone to avoid difficulty in calling us when you are on the way to the airport.

Please ensure you allow sufficient time to park your car and make your way to the airport terminal.
