Directions

  1. Exit the M1 or A42 onto the A453.
  2. Follow the road until you reach the main entrance to the airport.
  3. Turn right into the airport. At the roundabout, take the second exit going straight on towards the terminal building.
  4. Take the middle lane signposted "M&G Pre-booked only" and head towards the sheltered inspection area.

Arrival instructions

On arrival to the airport:

  1. Drive through the sheltered inspection area where our cameras will record the current condition of your car, so you can be sure it'll be returned in the same condition.
  2. When at the barriers, push the intercom button to speak to one of our car park operators and listen carefully to the instructions.
  3. Pull into the allocated lane and unpack your car.
  4. Drop your keys off with one of our trusted team at the Meet & Greet reception, just a short walk from check-in.

Return instructions

Collecting your car is just as easy:

  1. Head to the Meet & Greet Office.
  2. Your keys will be checked out to you, and vehicle will be returned efficiently.

Please ensure you read the important information below to help make your journey as smooth as possible.

  • All vehicles must be roadworthy and hold a valid MOT.

Security

Your car will be parked by a fully insured and qualified driver. The car park offers 24-hour CCTV and security patrols; so you can relax knowing your car is safe and sound.

Disabled facilities

Meet and greet is ideal from anyone that needs any extra assistance when arriving to the airport.

Vehicle restrictions

  • Standard cars fitting within a 2.4m x 4.8m bay and under 2.0m in height are accepted at Meet and Greet.

  • Motorhomes, camper vans, lorries, caravans, trailers and oversized vehicles are not permitted.

  • A grace period of up to 6 hours is allowed.

  • Overstay charges apply at £20.00 per day once the grace period is exceeded.

Terms and Conditions

  1. This car park is Semi-Flexible:
    1. Need to Change Your Plans?
      • If your booking is due to start within 4 days of your booking date then unfortunately, once booked, you will not be able to cancel or amend your booking, and it will be non-refundable.
        If you are booking further in advance you can cancel or amend your booking up to 4 days before your parking period begins without any charges.
    2. Parking Period:
      • Your parking period starts at 12:01 AM on the first day of your booked dates, regardless of your pre-booked arrival time.
    3. Important to Note:
      • If you don’t cancel or update your booking at least 4 days before your parking period begins, we’ll need to charge you for the full booking. Also, please be aware that we can’t offer refunds if you return earlier than planned.
    4. Booking Adjustments:
      • If you make changes to your booking and the price changes, we’ll either charge or refund the difference based on the adjustments.
