Directions

  1. Exit the M1 at J23a and take the A453 exit towards East Midlands Airport.
  2. At Finger Farm roundabout, take 2nd exit onto A453
  3. At the next roundabout, take 1st exit staying on A453
  4. At the traffic lights turn right
  5. At the roundabout continue straight and follow signs for Short Stay 1 Car Park
  6. Keep in the far left lane, follow the lane round and park in row C, which is located next to the pay machine, where a driver will be waiting for you.

Arrival instructions

Please call Midlands Parking 30 minutes prior to your arrival to the terminal car park on 07889622681. Please note, there is a £6 charge for dropping off your vehicle in the Short Stay car park.

  1. Drive to the Short Stay Car Park 1. When approaching the terminal, stay in the far left lane and ignore signs for meet & greet. Head to the dedicated meeting to point row C to meet your driver    
  2. Please have your email booking confirmation ready, together with your return flight details
  3. Then the terminal is just a short walk away

Return instructions

  1. Once you have collected your luggage and cleared customs, call Midlands Parking to let them know you are ready for your vehicle.
  2. Make your way to Short Stay Car Park 1, row C, located beside the pay station area.
  3. Please note there is a £6 exit fee for the Short Stay car park.
  4. A driver will meet you in row C with your vehicle so you can head home without delay.

Important information

Please ensure you read the important information below to help make your journey as smooth as possible.

  • For any last minute date or time changes from the day before your booking starts, you must contact Midlands Parking by telephone on 07889622681.

  • Your vehicle will be stored at Midlands Parking’s secure compound, 3.8 miles from the drop off point. Cars may be driven up to 20 miles in total due to diversions or local events.

Security

Midlands Parking Meet & Greet has 24 hour staff, CCTV, security fencing, secure barrier and security lighting. 

Vehicle restrictions

Important: Airport drop-off and collection fees not included - £6 each way.

  • Midlands Parking accepts vehicles that fit into a standard parking bay.

  • No long-based vehicles or those over 2 metres wide.

  • Daily overstay charge: £10.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Our Flexible booking option offers you the convenience and flexibility you need. Here’s how it works:
    1. Need to Change Your Plans?
      • You can cancel or change your booking up to 24 hours before your parking period begins without any charges.
    2. Parking Period:
      • Your parking period starts at 12:01 AM on the first day of your booked dates, regardless of your pre-booked arrival time.
    3. Important to Note:
      • If you don’t cancel or update your booking at least 24 hours before your parking period begins, we’ll need to charge you for the full booking. Also, please be aware that we can’t offer refunds if you return earlier than planned.
    4. Booking Adjustments:
      • If you make changes to your booking and the price changes, we’ll either charge or refund the difference based on your adjustments.
