Directions

From the M6, Junction 4 (north or south):

  1. Exit at Junction 4 and follow signs for the A452 Brownhills.
  2. At the next roundabout take the second exit onto the B4438.
  3. Continue straight over the next roundabout, then take the first exit at the following roundabout.
  4. The car park is on your left, just beyond the Premier Inn.

From the M42, Junction 6 (north or south):

  1. Follow signs for the A45 Coventry, then take the slip road for the A452 Brownhills.
  2. At the roundabout take the first exit onto the A452, bearing left as the road splits.
  3. At the next roundabout take the first exit, then at the following roundabout take the second exit onto the B4438.
  4. Take the first exit at the next roundabout. The car park is on your left, just beyond the Premier Inn.

Postcode B40 1QB covers a wide area and may direct you to the Holiday Inn Express or the Little Owl pub. If this happens, return to the roundabout and follow signs for Elmdon Industrial Estate, Airport and Train Station. ShortRun is at the first exit on the next roundabout, with the entrance on your left just past the Premier Inn.

Arrival instructions

 

  1. Drive up to the car park barrier where a member of the ShortRun team will come to your window to confirm your booking details.
  2. You will be advised where to park and given a receipt with return instructions. Please keep this safe for your return.
  3. The barrier will then be opened and you can proceed to park.
  4. Transfers to the terminal run regularly 24 hours a day, take approximately 5 minutes and are included in the price.

Return instructions

 

  1. After collecting your luggage, make your way to Bus Stop A for the transfer back to the car park.
  2. The journey takes approximately 5 minutes.
  3. Once back at the car park, collect your vehicle and continue your journey home.

Important information

Please ensure you read the vehicle restrictions and important information to help make your journey as smooth as possible.

  • To request a Blue Badge space, add a comment to your booking and contact the car park directly at least 24 hours before arrival so availability can be confirmed or arrangements made to park close to the bus pick up area.

  • Vehicles displaying a taxi licence plate may park on site but cannot use the Airparks Return Greet or Meet and Greet services.

Security

You keep your car keys so you know that while you're away your car will remain just where you left it in the secured car park. The car park has staff patrols, CCTV and barrier entry/exit.

Disabled facilities

There are 6 disabled parking spaces available. Please call us in advance and we will ensure that you have a space as near as possible to where you get the bus.

Vehicle restrictions

  • Most standard cars are accepted, provided they are under 2.1m in height and fit within a standard bay measuring 2m wide by 5m long. Vehicles must be non commercial, have fewer than 8 seats and no trailers.

  • High sided vehicles, minibuses, motorhomes, lorries, caravans, trailers and any vehicle exceeding the height or bay size restrictions cannot be accommodated.

  • Vehicles displaying a taxi licence plate may park on site but cannot use the Return Greet or Meet and Greet services.

  • A grace period is offered until midnight at the car park’s discretion. Stays beyond this will be charged at the standard rate of £15 per day, subject to change.

 

Terms and Conditions

  1. Our Flexible booking option offers you the convenience and flexibility you need. Here’s how it works:
    1. Need to Change Your Plans?
      • You can cancel or change your booking up to 24 hours before your parking period begins without any charges.
    2. Parking Period:
      • Your parking period starts at 12:01 AM on the first day of your booked dates, regardless of your pre-booked arrival time.
    3. Important to Note:
      • If you don’t cancel or update your booking at least 24 hours before your parking period begins, we’ll need to charge you for the full booking. Also, please be aware that we can’t offer refunds if you return earlier than planned.
    4. Booking Adjustments:
      • If you make changes to your booking and the price changes, we’ll either charge or refund the difference based on your adjustments.
