"I was very pleased with the service I received, which was quick, polite and efficient. My only criticism is that the car park reception area is rather scruffy and no one was present when we arrived (at 7.00 on a Sunday morning) so I had to make a phone call. The driver called back to the office twice expalining that passengers had not turned up. A wait of 5 minutes waiting for other passengers is accepatble, not 25 mins.
