This is an off-airport, valet park car park located 4 miles from Heathrow Airport (LHR). The car park operates 24 hours a day and transfers run every 20 minutes and take 10 - 15 minutes to terminals 4 and 5 although this can vary during peak times.

"I was very pleased with the service I received, which was quick, polite and efficient. My only criticism is that the car park reception area is rather scruffy and no one was present when we arrived (at 7.00 on a Sunday morning) so I had to make a phone call. Not having used this car park before, this made me a bit nervous at the time. However, this would not deter me from using this car park again if I was travelling from Terminal 5."

"Having used several other car parks at Heathrow, Reeds is probably the best I have used, especially for T4 or T5 but because of their service for T1 and T3 as well. One feature different to most car parks is that the car is right next to where the bus stops - i.e. no walking with luggage either when arriving to park the car or returning to collect the car."

"When I arrived I had to wait for the gate to be opened, then I found that somehow I had been booked till the 23rd and not the date of my expectation of the 16th, I was going to write to you about some refund as I only wanted the car parked for 4days, but see that I was charged for 11. I believe I am owed some. Also the driver put us off at terminal four, as he could not find where Air Austria departed from, so worked out that it must have been terminal four. I n fact it was terminal one. He had gone by the time we found out this. We had to pay £22.50 for a taxi as neither the trains or buses were running at that time. Very dissatisfied with APH for the first time in my life"

"On arrival at the car park, it wasn't obvious where we needed to park and report to. There was also a delay in being greeted and it took several rings of the bell and a call to the car park's phone before being served! Other than this though, my car seemed to be well looked after and sufficient space was given to each vehicle in the compound. Transfers to and from the airport were smooth and instructions for arrival back in the UK clear. If flying from Heathrow in the future, I will definately be using this car park again."

"we had no warning that the park park would be closed when we arrived in the early morning.Had we chosen not to carry a mobile we would have been unable to phone the contact number displayed outside the carpark, and would have started to panic.
