On my arrival, thr were no lights on at all, just a pair of head lights behind double gates of the van.I was about to drive out when a chap tapped on the windows. He helped me load are cases, oldish gent with white hair. Chatting a quay, we thought he was the owner. When we arrived back after a month it all changed. The owners son picked us up, told us to b at bus stop 21, and drove straight by, had to re push are cases all around the taxi rack to where he was. No apoligise. He put are cases on and off we went. Arrived at the yard. He took are cases out and said thrs your car and went off. No help at all in loading into my car. Said he had to put the jump leafs on to start the car, oil all over my bonnet, bird droppings on the handle to my wife's side, the car were filthy dirty. No attempt to wipe the oil off or give it a quick wash. Gave me no receipt or any paperwork. Very disappointing, wouldn't stay thr again. We had a fantastic holiday and then came back to this. My overall rating 3. But only because of the chap at the beginning. VERY POOR SERVICE.

This is the first time I have used Reeds as they appeared to be the only car park that will drop you at one terminal and pick you up from another. I found them very efficient although a relatively small operation.

Drove past the first time though as I thought it was just a garage and also not clear where to park. However, I will be using them again in March

I always use this company for parking near Heathrow. You unload next to the mini-bus and on return your car is next to where you unload. The staff are very friendly and the service is generally very reliable. It is a much smaller operation that the 'big names' who I find impersonal and in one case badly situated down a long road with just one exit route.
