It was nice to be so close to the airport, for speed of travel and the vechile reconisation made it easy to enter and exit.

Beverley GB
The instructions on how to access the car park / leave the car in the right area were not clear at all. It's possible the signage has changed in the car park and we weren't given tokens as expected

Staffs GB Hassel free traveller.
First time using this multi storey on Terminal 1. Easy access, barrier lifted on entry & exit with number plate recognition. Had to keep driving to upper levels to find a space. Parked on top floor which is open air, fortunately weather was dry ! Walked short distance to lift but appears further than when using Term 2 multi.

Chesterfield Derbyshire GB The multi storey car
No token issued on entry to the multi storey car park, but no problem the barrier lifted okay.
Perhaps it would be helpful to make drivers aware of the road works near the terminal approaches.
