Directions

On your arrival at Liverpool Airport follow the blue arrows to the 'drop-off' area, which is located at the side of the multi-storey car park.

Arrival instructions

Dropping off your car is easy:

  1. Call the car park when you’re ten minutes from the airport.
  2. Drive to the designated meeting point. 
  3. Hand your keys to the awaiting representative, then take the short stroll to the check-in desks.

Please ensure you allow sufficient time to complete the vehicle hand over before heading to the terminal.

Return instructions

Collecting your car is just as convenient:

  1. Once you’ve cleared customs and collected your luggage, call Imagine Meet & Greet.
  2. Head to the meeting point arranged during the call.
  3. An Imagine representative will be waiting with your car so you can continue your journey.

Important information

Last minute changes

  • If your date or time changes the day before your booking starts, contact Imagine Meet and Greet by phone on 0151 486 7247 or 07817 549010.

Airport exit fee

  • Liverpool Airport charges a £5 exit fee for the Express Drop Off and Pick Up Car Park.

  • You must have this payment available for both arrival and return.

  • Provide the first £5 to the driver on arrival, then pay the second £5 when collecting your vehicle.

Security

  • Vehicles are kept in a security patrolled car park with 24 hour staffing.

  • CCTV operates throughout the site for added protection.

Disabled facilities

This meet and greet service is well suited to travellers who need a little extra assistance. The Imagine team are on hand to help with your requirements and aim to make your journey as smooth as possible. If you need additional support, please call ahead of your arrival to discuss your needs.

Vehicle restrictions

  • Maximum vehicle height is 2.5 metres.

  • Airport drop off fees are not included and must be paid at the terminal.

Opening times

Open 363 days a year, 24 hours a day. (Closed on Christmas day and Boxing day.)

Terms and Conditions

  1. Our Flexible booking option offers you the convenience and flexibility you need. Here’s how it works:
    1. Need to Change Your Plans?
      • You can cancel or change your booking up to 24 hours before your parking period begins without any charges.
    2. Parking Period:
      • Your parking period starts at 12:01 AM on the first day of your booked dates, regardless of your pre-booked arrival time.
    3. Important to Note:
      • If you don’t cancel or update your booking at least 24 hours before your parking period begins, we’ll need to charge you for the full booking. Also, please be aware that we can’t offer refunds if you return earlier than planned.
    4. Booking Adjustments:
      • If you make changes to your booking and the price changes, we’ll either charge or refund the difference based on your adjustments.
