Transfers to and from Heathrow Airport is by Heathrow Hoppa (£4 one way).  Please be aware that this service does NOT operate to and from Terminal 4.  For Terminal 4, the Heathrow Express is a free transfer service.

Parking On-Site at Hotel:

Heathrow Hoppa to Terminals 1, 2 & 3 run from 05:20-23:14. £4 each way.
Heathrow Hoppa to Terminal 5 from 05:30-23:00 £4 per person each way.
Hoppa runs every 15 mins

Does not run to Terminal 4, but the Heathrow Express service at the airport will take them there for free, and the journey time is only 5 minutes. The Heathrow Express service is signposted from all terminals. Journey time to T4 is therefore around 40 minutes. A taxi would cost £9.00 each way and takes 5 minutes

Children under-13 Travel Free. Customers are recommended to allow at least 30 minutes before their check-in time. Guests can purchase return Hoppa tickets from Concierge.
