"Overall very good , a couple of minor points 1. Dont find easy to book online - have got halfway through on 2 separate holiday bookings and doesnt process through, so have used phone booking which is fine 2. On both occasions when I have returned to Gatwick and called the number to arrange car collection, I have been put on hold and it has taken a few minutes to answer"
