"the bus shelter at bham airort is at the wrong end of the pull in.If you are in the shelter and the bus pulls in the peaple at the back of the queue get on first because the bus pulls in and lines up with the kerb,so that means that the people at the back are nearest to the entrance to the bus and the people who were there first are at the back.This I have experienced."

"It would be good to know when the bus is due to arrive on collection as waiting in the wind and rain is not ideal. a sign perhaps saying bus due in 15 mins would help. If we knew when the bus was due we could go for a coffee rather than wait in the cold. A sign on the bus stop updated by GPS perhaps or a text to a mobile giving ETA - just a thought"
