"Th hotel is a 1960's concrete monstrosity badly in need of refurbishment. The bed was the worse I have ever experienced in a hotel, we got no sleep whatsoever. we gave our mobile to the receptionist in order that the return taxi could contact us. This did not happen. On arrival the taxi sported no livery and if we had not met other people awaiting the same taxi who had been contacted, we would never have found the taxi for the return trip."

"We could not find the car park. the directions did not relate to the hotel we stayed at. On the morning we were due to fly we drove around Coleshill for nearly an hour, we rang the car park number several times and it was constantly engaged. In the end we had to drive and park in the airport car park at an addition cost of £85 for the week or else we would have missed our flight."
