Booking details

• A valid mobile number must be provided on your booking. Please ensure your cruise number is entered correctly at the time of booking.

Arrival Procedure

1. Drive into the car park, your vehicle registration will be automatically recognised by ANPR.
2. Park in any available space and keep your keys with you at all times.
3. Once parked, call Radio Taxis on 02380 666666 using the mobile number on your booking. This allows the system to locate your booking and dispatch your taxi, the transfer cost is included.
4. If you cannot call from the original booking number, follow the IVR options to speak to an operator. Inform them you have a pre-booked cruise transfer and provide your surname and original mobile number.
5. Stays are managed using Automatic Number Plate Recognition. Please ensure your vehicle registration is entered correctly on your booking and updated if it changes to avoid any additional charges.

Return Procedure

1. Once you have collected your luggage, call the number shown on your confirmation email. Quote your surname, booking reference and vehicle registration number.
2. Your return vehicle will be dispatched immediately.
3. You will receive a text message confirming the registration number of the vehicle collecting you from outside the terminal.
4. This return transfer is included in the price of your parking.
5. You will be taken back to Triangle Car Park to collect your car and continue your journey.
6. The ANPR system will recognise your vehicle registration and allow you to exit the car park automatically.
