Arrival Procedure

On arrival at the car park:

1. Drive into the car park and park in the customer bays directly ahead.
2. Go to reception, confirm your booking and hand over your keys.
3. Take the transfer bus to the airport.

You are required to leave your keys and your car may be moved and stored in one of our car parks, all located within the airport boundary.

Please ensure you allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Return Procedure

Collecting your car is just as easy

1. Collect your luggage and clear customs, then call I Love Park and Ride from the arrivals area to request your transfer.
2. Take the transfer bus back to the car park.
3. Go to reception to collect your keys.
4. Return to your vehicle and continue your journey.
