Transfers to and from Stansted Airport

The transfer takes less than 5-minutes to and from the airport, and you’ll be delivered to/collected from the forecourt directly in front of the terminal. Please Note: The car park will only accept vehicles that do not exceed 5m in length.

You are required to leave your keys and your car may be moved and stored in one of our Park Mark car parks, all located within the airport boundary

A fee of £5 per vehicle is payable at reception to cover drop off and pick up off the terminal forecourt.

Arrival Procedure

On arrival at the car park:

1. Drive into the car park and park in one of the customer bays straight ahead.
2. Take your keys and luggage over to Reception to confirm your booking.
3. A fee of £5 per vehicle is payable at Reception to cover the minibus transfers to and from the airport terminal.
4. A minibus will be arranged to take to the terminal entrance, just five minutes away.

You are required to leave your keys and your car may be moved and stored in one of our Park Mark car parks, all located within the airport boundary.

Please ensure you allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Return Procedure

On return to Stansted Airport:

1. Collect your luggage, clear customs, and call the I Love Park & Ride number to arrange a pick up.
2. Take the minibus transfer back to the car park.
3. Collect your keys from Reception and your car will be waiting for you to continue your journey home.
