• Manchester Airport operates a strict 10 minute drop-off limit. Exceeding this limit will result in a £25 charge issued by the airport. VIP Meet and Greet cannot accept responsibility for these charges, which remain the responsibility of the driver.

• A £6.50 airport drop-off fee must be paid directly to the Meet and Greet driver at drop-off. The return drop-off charge is the customer’s responsibility and must be paid directly to Manchester Airport.

• If you receive a Parking Charge Notice relating to the outbound drop-off that was pre-arranged, please email full details to customerservices@daybydayparking.com for further guidance.

Arrival Procedure

1. Before you arrive: Call VIP Meet & Greet on 07818205594 when you are 15-20 minutes away from the airport.
2. Upon arrival: Proceed to the departure area of your terminal.
3. Meet & Greet: A chauffeur in a black and orange uniform will meet you at the departure area.
4. Documentation: You will receive a receipt with your travel details, car information (fuel amount, mileage, and condition), all based on the information you provided
5. Charges: Remember to pay the drop off charges to the Meet & Greet driver. 

Return Procedure

1. On Return: Upon arrival at Manchester Airport, proceed through customs and collect all your luggage.
2. Meet & Greet: Once you've collected everything, call the duty mobile on 07818205594 where a driver will then guide you to the meeting point where you can collect your vehicle.
3. Final checks: Before setting off, you have the opportunity to check your vehicle. 
4. Charges: Finally, remember to pay the exit charges before midnight the following day.
