Parkair 24/7 is perfect for anyone who has a disability and requires extra assistance as you hand over your car at the terminal, and take a short walk to check in. Assistance with loading available on request.

Last-minute changes: If your arrival date or time changes within 24 hours of your booking start time, contact ParkAir 24/7 immediately on 0333 4042 247 to update your details.
ULEZ charges: Please note that ULEZ fees apply and will be charged on both your arrival and return dates.
Vehicle condition: Check your vehicle carefully before leaving, as ParkAir 24/7 cannot accept liability for issues reported after your car has left their care. Taking photos of your vehicle before departure is advised.
Terminal parking limit: ParkAir 24/7 will cover up to 30 minutes of terminal car park fees.
Location change: Due to the closure of Terminal Parking T4 from 23 June, ParkAir has introduced a new drop off and collection location. Please check your booking confirmation for the latest instructions and directions.
To avoid additional any charges, Parkair 24/7 do require you call 30 minutes prior to reaching the terminal, so they can allocate staff accordingly on 0333 4042 247.

T4 Arriving/Returning after 23rd June:
Terminal 2: Terminal Parking Car Park, Level 4
Terminal 3: Terminal Parking Car Park, Level 4
Terminal 4: Terminal Parking Car Park, Level 2
Please note that there is a location change from 23rd June:
Exit Terminal 4 and head to Bus Stop 3 for the shuttle back to the car park. Buses are fully accessible with space for luggage.
Terminal 5: Terminal Parking Car Park, Level 4
A Parkair driver will meet you and return your vehicle promptly. Please take a moment to check your vehicle before leaving, as Parkair cannot accept liability for any issues reported after the vehicle has been driven away.
