• Customers must photograph their vehicle at the drop-off point in the Terminal Parking car park to support any potential damage claims.

• This car park is located within the ULEZ zone. Charges apply on both your departure date and your return date.

Arrival Procedure

Pre-arrival information:

1.     Entry and exit fees (£7.50 each way) are included in your booking.
2.     Call at least 30 minutes before reaching Heathrow and keep your phone available.
3.     Park Giant covers 15 minutes of parking only - please advise if your time changes.

Before handing over your car:

1.     Remove valuables, travel documents and cash - Park Giant cannot accept responsibility for items left in vehicles.
2.     Photograph your car at drop-off to support any damage claim.
3.     Hand your keys to the chauffeur, sign the paperwork, and head straight to check-in. 

 

Return Procedure

1. Call on arrival: Please make two phone calls to the number provided — the first as soon as you land and the second once you have collected your luggage.
2. Vehicle inspection: Check your vehicle thoroughly upon collection and report any concerns before leaving the parking bay. Claims for damage cannot be accepted after departure.
3. Drop-off charges: Entering the Heathrow Terminal Drop-Off areas will incur additional airport fees, payable directly to Heathrow Airport.
4. Delays: If your return is delayed, please notify us. Park Giant covers up to 15 minutes of car park fees only. For assistance or clarification on directions, contact the duty controller.

Terminal 2 Collection
Head to Level 4 of the Terminal Parking car park. Your vehicle will be ready in the Off-Airport parking area, Rows A & B.

Terminal 3 Collection
From the arrivals hall, take the lift on the right-hand side just before the exit doors to Level 4 of the Terminal Parking car park. Look for Rows A & B in the Off-Airport Meet & Greet area.

Terminal 5 Collection
Exit the arrivals hall, turn left, and take the lift ahead up to Level 4 of the Terminal Parking car park. Your vehicle will be waiting in Rows R or S, within the designated Off-Airport Meet & Greet parking areas.
