Transfers to and from Heathrow Airport

Please note that due to the closure of the Terminal 4 Parking car park, the drop-off and collection point has been relocated to T4 Park & Ride car park. Customers travelling to or from Terminal 4 will need to self-transfer using the free bus service to and from the car park.

Please note that from 23 June 2026, all Terminal 4 parking, including Meet & Greet, is located in Zone A of Terminal 4 Park & Ride car park. 

• If you have a last-minute date or time change from the day before your booking starts, contact Park Giant by telephone on 07857 366664 or 07594 517711 to advise of the change.

• Customers are required to photograph their vehicle at the drop-off point to support any damage claim.

• ULEZ charges apply - please note you will enter the ULEZ zone twice, once on your start date and again on your return date.

• It is currently advised to allow an extra 30-60 minutes on top of airline check‑in guidance for parking, walking and the transfer.

Arrival Procedure

Customers arriving at Terminal 4 must go to the Terminal 4 Long Stay Car Park, complete the handover with a driver, and then take the free Heathrow shuttle bus to Terminal 4.

1. On Arrival Please call 07857366664 or 07594517711 at least 30 minutes prior to reaching the airport.
2. Drive to the Terminal 4 Park & Ride (Long Stay) car park dedicated meeting point to meet your driver. Your chauffeur will meet you there. Remove valuables, check return details, photograph your vehicle, and hand over keys & car park ticket. 
3. After handover, take the free Heathrow shuttle service from the car park to the terminal. Journey time approx 5-10 minutes.

Return Procedure

1. Once you have landed at Terminal 4, call the parking operator (07857 366664) to confirm your arrival. Follow the signs to Arrivals and Baggage Reclaim, then collect all of your luggage before making a second call to request vehicle dispatch.
2. After collecting your luggage, head to the Terminal 4 Park & Ride (Long Stay) car park using the free dedicated Heathrow shuttle bus.

You must check your vehicle upon arrival and advise us of any concerns before moving from the parking bay. This can be done by taking a photograph/short video while in the car park and sending on email to contact@parkgiant.co.uk. Operational staff will be unable to provide further information and you must email the office to allow for an investigation.

Please note that the operator covers a maximum of 15 minutes of parking, so it is important to call once when you land and again after you have collected all luggage.
