Your vehicle will be stored in a secure parking facility while you are away, providing peace of mind throughout your trip. The site operates as a secure 24-hour parking compound with CCTV monitoring and regular security patrols. In addition, all vehicles are handled by fully insured and professionally trained chauffeurs, ensuring your car remains safe and secure for the duration of your stay.

Customers are required to photograph their vehicle at the drop-off point to support any damage claim.

From 00:00 on 23 June 2026, all T4 Meet & Greet bookings operate from the T2 Short Stay Car Park. Customers transfer between terminals using Heathrow’s free inter‑terminal train.
All T4 customers must call 24 hours before departure to confirm booking details. If travelling with extra passengers or luggage, email contact@parkgiant.co.uk at least 24 hours before departure.
Allow an extra 30–60 minutes on top of airline check‑in guidance for parking, walking and the transfer.
