Park Giant car park is regularly assessed by a specialist team from the British Parking Association’s Safer Parking Scheme and by local Police. There is perimeter fencing, on-site security patrols 24/7 and CCTV.

IMPORTANT - If you have a last-minute date or time change from the day before your booking is due to start, please ensure that you contact Park Giant by telephone on 07857366664 / 07594517711 to advise of the change.

Customers are required to photograph their vehicle at the drop-off point in the car park to support any claim for damage.

ULEZ Charges Apply. Please consider that you will be within the ULEZ zone on two separate occasions (on your start date and return date).

Park Giant guarantee a minimum of 80% charging and will not accept any vehicles with less than 15% charge on drop off. Please ensure you have the 3-pin plug EV charging cable stored in the vehicle. The company will not accept liability for any issue arising from an EV charge or charging level. Please note that standard charging times will apply with standard charging facilities, and your travel dates and times may limit charging.

Tesla Supercharging is available with the Meet & Greet service, and additional Tesla costs may apply. Available at request only.

To avoid additional Car Park charges, please call 07857366664 or 07594517711 at least 30 minutes prior to reaching the airport, and you must be contactable on the number you have provided on the booking.

Park Giant will only pay for a maximum of 15 minutes of parking. If there are any changes in any of the booked time(s), please keep Park Giant informed with the numbers provided above.

Arrival Procedure

  1. Please note that the Terminal Parking entry and exit fees (£7.50 each way) are already included in your booking price. To avoid additional car park charges, call 07857 366664 or 07594 517711 at least 30 minutes before arriving at the airport. Ensure you are contactable on the number provided in your booking.
  2. The company will cover parking for a maximum of 15 minutes. If your arrival time changes, please contact Park Giant immediately using the numbers above.
  3. Before handing over your vehicle, remove all valuables, travel documents, phones, and cash. Park Giant accepts no responsibility for personal items left in vehicles.
  4. It’s recommended that you photograph your vehicle before handover to support any damage claim if required.
  5. On arrival, hand your keys and vehicle to the Park Giant chauffeur, sign the necessary paperwork, and proceed directly to your terminal check-in. Your fully insured chauffeur will then park your vehicle securely for the duration of your trip.

Return Procedure

  1. On your return, call Park Giant twice using the numbers provided - once when you land, and again when you have collected your luggage.
  2. Please inspect your vehicle thoroughly before leaving the parking bay and report any concerns immediately. Damage claims cannot be accepted once you have exited the bay.
  3. Sign the handover paperwork and collect your vehicle from the designated area.
  4. Entering Heathrow Drop-Off areas will incur additional airport fees, payable directly to Heathrow.
  5. Park Giant covers up to 15 minutes of parking; please advise if your return is delayed. For any queries on the day, contact the duty controller or email contact@parkgiant.co.uk.

Vehicle Collection Points:

Terminal 2: Head to Level 4 of the Terminal Parking car park (formerly Short Stay). Your vehicle will be ready in the Off-Airport parking area, rows A & B.

Terminal 3: From the arrivals hall, before the exit door on the right, take the lift to Level 4 of the Terminal Parking car park (formerly Short Stay). Find your vehicle in rows A & B, marked with Off-Airport Meet & Greet signage.

Terminal 5: Exit into the main arrivals hall, turn left, and take the lift up to Level 4 of the Terminal Parking car park (formerly Short Stay). Your vehicle will be in rows R or S, within the Off-Airport Meet & Greet area.
