Arrival Procedure

On Arrival:

  1. Follow signs for Terminal 3 Short Stay Car Park.
  2. Press the button for an entry ticket which you should retain.
  3. Drive up to Level 1 and follow the signs for Official Heathrow Meet & Greet.
  4. Register your arrival & hand over your keys at the Meet & Greet Reception, your car will then be parked for you.

Please ensure you allow sufficient time to complete the vehicle hand over before heading to the terminal.

We recommend that you bring a copy of your booking confirmation with you.

Return Procedure

On Return:

  1. On your return, make your way to the Official Heathrow Meet & Greet reception located on Level 1 of Short Stay Car Park 3.
  2. Here you will be given your keys and shown to your vehicle.
  3. Please email valetparking@heathrow.com to let the Meet & Greet team know about any changes to your arrival time.

In the event of any problems, one of the car park’s 24-hour staff will be pleased to assist.
