ULEZ charges

ULEZ charges apply on both your arrival and return dates.

Arrival grace period

MBW offers a 45 minute grace period from your scheduled arrival time if you call them 30 minutes before arriving.
If you do not call ahead, additional charges may apply.
A £7.50 fee is charged if you exceed the 45 minute window.

Electric vehicle charging

MBW guarantees a minimum 70% charge for electric vehicles, subject to manufacturer or owner limitations.
MBW will always aim to reach 100% charge where possible.

Arrival Procedure

Terminal 4 (Postcode: TW6 3XA):

Call MBW on 020 8759 5252 when you are approximately 30 minutes from Heathrow Terminal 4. This step is vital to ensure you do not encounter any onsite charges.
As you approach Terminal 4, follow signs for Terminal Parking Car Park (formerly called Short Stay).
Drive up the ramp, keep to the right, and enter the car park.
Head down to Level 2 and follow signs for Off-Airport Parking. Park in rows E or F.
The desk is located at the Lift Lobby. Hand over the car park ticket to the MBW captain.
Before handing over your vehicle, take photographs of your car to support any potential damage claims. Please note MBW staff will only complete a brief exterior check.
Hand your keys and car park ticket to the Captain, then complete and sign the paperwork before heading to departures.

MBW pay for 15 minutes of the parking on arrival and exit

Return Procedure

Call 020 8759 5252 once you have collected all your luggage, or after passing passport control if you only have hand luggage.
The despatch office will confirm your vehicle’s return time. If there is a short wait, please remain inside the terminal until further notice.
If you arrive earlier or later than your booked time, please be prepared for a possible delay while your car is brought back.
When you enter the arrivals hall, Costa Coffee will be in front of you. Turn left and exit next to W.H. Smith.
Cross the three lanes using the zebra crossing, then take the furthest set of lifts on your left up to Level 2.
As you exit the lifts, the MBW desk will be directly in front of you. The Handover Captain will meet you at the MBW desk or at your vehicle.
